Położenie w centrum, czystość, taras dachowy na 8 piętrze, na który można wyjść bezpośrednio z pokoju.

Zapowietrzony kaloryfer w łazience, nie odpowietrzony mimo nafychmiastowego zgłoszenia. W pokoju ogrzewanie podlogowe, w pokoju było w nocy trochę chłodno.
