We booked a Junior Terrace Suite King in the period of January 14-19, 2026.
The suite had a very bad smell throughout the stay (sewage smell). The front desk was informed many times and nothing was done about it.
I filed an official complaint to the hotel management and they promised to refund the charge of one night through Booking.com. However no refund was made till now. The hotel management stated that the problem is from Booking.com, as the hotel management did all the formalities for the refund.

Geneva does not have a great selection of hotels so weak competition but this hotel is very very average for 5 stars.
Tired and old interiors, cramped lobby, ok-ish gym. So service could make up for that but they forgot to replace my laundry bags, took my dressing gowns and did not replace and I had to call to get my laundry back. Sloppy for a MO hotel.
I would recommend the Israeli chef’s restaurant though, the Asian cuisine one, not so much.

From the very first call, Ezzedine was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible room and made sure every detail was perfectly arranged. Throughout our entire stay, he was consistently accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort and experience.

The hotel itself is immaculate—luxury in every sense of the word. The food is incredible, the presentation stunning, and the room service deserves its own standing ovation. Massive portions, beautifully plated, and consistently delicious.
Our room was insane:
A huge suite with a massive private rooftop, walk-in closet, and even a sauna (pro tip: do not press the red button unless you want emergency services in your room—we learned the hard way 😂). The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the towels? Pure luxury. Everything—from linens to lighting—felt intentional and indulgent.
The location is perfect, ideal for walking and exploring Geneva. The concierge team made phenomenal recommendations, especially for watch-making experiences and tours, which was a major reason for our trip. Every suggestion was thoughtful and perfectly tailored.
One of the most touching details: Guest Services gifted us a beautiful book to commemorate our watch-making journey—something we will cherish forever. It’s the kind of detail that shows how deeply this hotel cares about creating memories, not just stays.

I came to this hotel few years ago, was not impressed by any of the service levels, then the hotel was the only one available in our system, so I booked it again with low expectations, the experience now that I have felt was completely different and service levels were excellent by all means. Thank you Ezzeddin for the hospitality and amazing attention to details.
The service is 5 stars for sure, but my room was not the best. There was no mirror in the room and there was a step to the bathroom.
