Please note that even if existing bedding is used, the extra bed fee will be charged for each additional child or adult in the room. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded for a room, an additional room will be allocated and charged.

At the Radius by Stefan Beer restaurant, elegant evening attire is expected.

At breakfast, at the Victoria Terrasse, La Terrasse Brasserie and at the Sapori restaurant, smart casual attire is requested, as is during the day throughout the premises of the hotel. Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, guests will receive a payment link.

Guaranteed balconies in Deluxe Room-Categories will be charged with an additional CHF 50 per room and stay.

A guaranteed early check-in at 12:00 and a guaranteed late check-out at 15:00 is possible with a surcharge upon request and availability.

The property reserves the right to check bookings from countries requiring a visa with the Foreign Office.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Magnifique séjour, malheureusement trop court.

La communication avant notre arrivée avec le service " Food & Beverage Apprentice/ Gastronomie" (Frau Herbst) a été top comme l'acceuil par tout le personnel de la réception et du Guest Relation (Lara Gaumann). Nous avons reçu une magnifique chambre avec terrasse et une superbe vue sur la Jungfrau. L'accueil, l'amabilité et le service au restaurant "La Terrasse" pour le repas du soir et pour le petit déjeuner (Francesca et tout son Team) a été fantastique. L'acceuil et l'amabilité au SPA. La qualité de la nourriture au restaurant "La Terrasse" et au "Sapori". On vient depuis 30 ans au Victoria Jungfrau, on a beaucoup séjourné dans des hôtels 5 étoiles en Suisse et à l'étranger et l'Hotel Victoria Jungfrau est au dessus au niveau de la qualité du service, de l'amabilité et de l'accueil. On se sent à la maison.

Cons:

Le chef au restaurant Sapori a été très accueillant et sympathique mais un petit bémol pour le service à table.

Amazing food, great service. We had a gluten free pizza, gluten free bolognese and the chicken cacciatore and it was heaven. best food during our entire trip.

Fabulous stay!

The room with the amazing view over Jungfrau, the state-of-art Spa and its vast facilities & treatments, kids club (probably best we have ever seen!), delicious cuisine at Sapori and La Terrasse! A Beautiful Three-Day Escape

We still have stars in our eyes after these three wonderful days !
Everything was simply exceptional.
The restaurant and bar team delivered an attentive service, a heartfelt thank you to Maurice and Enrique, who made our evenings even more enjoyable. A special highlight goes to the spa, a true sanctuary of calm.

This stay felt like a genuine escape from everyday life. Thank you to all the teams for making it so special.

A restful stay in an excellent Hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

Interlaken does not need any introduction. The Hotel Victoria -Jungfrau is also high in recommendations. What impressed me most were the staff. All without any exception were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
A typical family setting! Well done impressive and keep it that way.

Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

Our stay at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional – you truly notice the high standard of hospitality throughout the entire hotel. We ordered room service several times during our stay, and each meal was excellent in both quality and presentation. The service was prompt and consistently courteous. The wellness and spa area is very spacious and offers a wide range of facilities, providing plenty of opportunities to relax. I also booked a facial and body treatment at short notice, and everything was superb a truly indulgent and professional experience. We were travelling with our dog, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. A dog bed was provided in the room, and there was even a dedicated dog food menu, which we found particularly thoughtful. Overall, a wonderful hotel that we can highly recommend.
