Important information:

Please note that even if existing bedding is used, the extra bed fee will be charged for each additional child or adult in the room. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded for a room, an additional room will be allocated and charged.

At the Radius by Stefan Beer restaurant, elegant evening attire is expected.

At breakfast, at the Victoria Terrasse, La Terrasse Brasserie and at the Sapori restaurant, smart casual attire is requested, as is during the day throughout the premises of the hotel. Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, guests will receive a payment link.

Guaranteed balconies in Deluxe Room-Categories will be charged with an additional CHF 50 per room and stay.

A guaranteed early check-in at 12:00 and a guaranteed late check-out at 15:00 is possible with a surcharge upon request and availability.

The property reserves the right to check bookings from countries requiring a visa with the Foreign Office.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable and large enough. Spa was really nice.

Cons:

I didn't receive the invoice right after check out. I've been told that Booking.com should issue the invoice. After numerous emails, I received the invoice finally, but my company name was not indicated on it. I've been told booking.com information was valid, however I've made the booking as business trip and invoice information was there. Anyway I gave up for this long long email loops. It was completely unnecessary for such a beautiful hotel.

Amazing Experience - from Dragov to the Kids Club
Pros:

The best hotel we have stayed at in Switzerland. Very family friendly with ann amazing curated Kid’s club. Five-star service at every turn. Michelin star restaurant was amazing and kudos to the concierge, especially Dragov. His welcoming personality, smile and eagerness to assist everyone he passed was noteworthy.

I stay in a lot of luxury hotels around the world. Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the US. Enough that I think I have a pretty good barometer for what is genuinely five-star and what is just marketed that way.

Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken is the real thing.

What stood out wasn’t one flashy moment. It was the consistency and attention to detail from every single member of staff I interacted with. That kind of alignment doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects culture and leadership.

There’s something here that feels like old-school European excellence in hospitality. Service that is confident, calm, precise, and not overly theatrical. It feels intentional.

Lara at reception was excellent. Professional, efficient, and warm without being overdone. Check-in was smooth and polished, but never stiff.

Chantal at concierge was exceptional. She noticed me every time I walked into the hotel. Not occasionally. Every time. She remembered what she had arranged, followed up naturally, and clearly paid attention. That level of detail is rare, even at top-tier properties. It made a difference. I genuinely felt that she wanted my experience in Interlaken to be great, not just adequate.

In a world where many luxury hotels rely on branding and design to carry the experience, Victoria Jungfrau delivers through people.

That’s harder to manufacture. And it shows.

Pros:

Уютный красивый отель, очень спокойная атмосферная обстановка. Идеальная чистота везде, прекрасная зона Спа, которая разделяется как же на мужскую и женскую что мне очень понравилось. . Завтрак очень вкусный. В комнате приятно спать матрас , подушки мягкие все как я люблю, я отлично выспалась .
На ресепшен нас встретила девушка Валентина ей отдельное спасибо она очень любезная и большой профессионал . Нам сразу предложили напитки с дороги это было очень приятно. Время мы провели отлично и обязательно еще вернемся.

Pros:

Bel hôtel dans un style un peu “vieillot” mais avec tout le confort moderne. Très belle piscine, sauna, hammam ! Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel sont pratiques car sur place mais c’est très cher pour ce que c’est ! Nous avons eu peu dans les assiettes pour le prix.

Cons:

Les 2 restaurants (bistrot et pizzeria) sont très chers ! Peu de quantité dans l’assiette.
