Please note that even if existing bedding is used, the extra bed fee will be charged for each additional child or adult in the room. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded for a room, an additional room will be allocated and charged.
At the Radius by Stefan Beer restaurant, elegant evening attire is expected.
At breakfast, at the Victoria Terrasse, La Terrasse Brasserie and at the Sapori restaurant, smart casual attire is requested, as is during the day throughout the premises of the hotel. Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, guests will receive a payment link.
Guaranteed balconies in Deluxe Room-Categories will be charged with an additional CHF 50 per room and stay.
A guaranteed early check-in at 12:00 and a guaranteed late check-out at 15:00 is possible with a surcharge upon request and availability.

If you ever visit Interlaken, you will see a beautiful hotel right in the center of town. It is a truly lovely sight. We stayed three nights with connecting rooms and everything was spectacular! From the service to the breakfast buffet and the spa, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and their service is the best. We also ate at both of the restaurants and loved the food. Thank you for a great stay!

My recent stay at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa was truly exceptional.
What stood out most was the incredible attention to detail, present in every corner and in every aspect of the experience. From the design and ambiance to the service, everything felt thoughtful and refined. The strong focus on health, well-being, and environmental responsibility adds a meaningful layer to the stay, without feeling forced.
The culinary offering is equally impressive: a rich variety of options, yet never excessive or wasteful. Everything is curated with balance, quality, and intention.
In short, a place that manages to combine excellence with consciousness. Simply top of the world!
we stayed for 2 nights - my wife and i as part of her birthday celebrations. from the moment we arrived at checkin until we left the quality of service was first class. special mention: YiYi at checkin was simply wonderful - explained the history of the hotel - showed us to our room and how everything worked. best meet and greet ever. we dined on our first nigth at Sapori - really lovely ambience and food. spencial mention for the manager Stefan and our waitress sara who went to such lengths to make our visit so memorable - including the cake for my wife's birthday. We also had a cake in the room - which we had to donate to staff as afternoon tea on our second day filled us up so much we could not eat until breakfast! highly recommend. we will be back
A truly beautiful and grand hotel with a rich sense of history. The location is wonderful, making it perfect for enjoying the surroundings.
The bar is exceptional, offering stunning views along with excellent food. I also loved the variety of restaurants and the beautiful decor in each of them—it adds so much character to the experience.
The room was newly renovated, stylish, and very comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to fully relax. The spa is absolutely fantastic and a real highlight of the stay.
We enjoyed every single moment at the hotel. A special mention also goes to the house champagne—simply excellent.
