Pros:

Location, staff, choice of fascilities, very clean, the cigar lounge

Cons:

Lovely hotel more people than facilities. Not five star if you can’t get a table as a pre booked gue
Pros:

Location and breakfast was .five star.

Cons:

The hotel reception and bar was too small. On arrival snd the evening we could not have a table for drinks and food. As guests this is not acceptable. We had to leave the hotel for comfort a beer and facilities. Not a luxury experience but a luxury price.

Cons:

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The management and staff demonstrated highly unprofessional and unfair behavior consistently, alongside a total unwillingness to help. Based on our experience, we strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

لمتسوقين الماركات اعتقد افضل فندق ممكن تسكنون فيه
Pros:

الموقع جدا خرافي للي يبي يتسوق من الماركات في نص الشارع بينهم .. وكذلك الوصول للسنتر مشي ما يتعدى ربع ساعة .. الغرفة اللي خذيتها سويت كان في الكرسي شطاف مدمج وهذا شي جدا رائع بالنسبة لنا

السرير جدا جدا سيء لا انا ولازوجتي عرفنا نرتاح وننام .. قاسي والمخدات جدا متعبة .. اثاث الغرفة واثاث اللوبي صحيح انه نظيف بس قديم .. بعيد شوي عن محطة القطار تقريبا ربع ساعة بالسيارة اذا الموضوع يهمكم

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Marian Platz is surrounded by so many monuments music halls and museums it's a great place to be in.And not to forget the shopping . The breakfast is very very good and since we were upgraded to a suite it was fantastic

Cons:

I think at reception they have chosen to keep the lighting very subdued in my view it can be a wee bit more cheery

I do not recommend this hotel
Pros:

Only the location !

Cons:

- room is too stuffy and smelly
- AC doesn’t work well, and when i called for assistance the lady who answered the phone said (open the window)
- i booked a king bed and got a twin room instead
- pillows are so not comfortable. We weren’t able to have a proper sleep
