Merveilleux et presque parfait
Pros:

Ambiance et charme inimitable! Un bon goût assuré et une distinction sans pareil.
Des petits déjeuners indescriptibles tant ils sont variés et délicieux. Une expérience à vivre et une piscine incroyable.

Cons:

Les lits sont des planches de fakirs. Incompréhensible dans un tel temple de perfection.

Wir sind positiv überrascht vom Frühstücksservice, alles wirkt jetzt so angenehm und entspannt! Die Getränke kommen schnell, und das leere Geschirr wird ganz aufmerksam abgeräumt, ohne dass man bitten muss. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Genau so eine schöne Atmosphäre gibt es auch in der Lobbybar. Sehr schön! Danke

Pros:

Zimmer 230 zeichnet sich durch eine hervorragende Ausstattung und ein ansprechendes Design aus. Das Restaurant Schwarzer Reiter bietet eine exzellente Küche.

Cons:

Die Sauna bietet keine Aufgusseinrichtungen. Im Nackt Bereich sind die Liegeflächen begrenzt. Geräusche aus angrenzenden Bereichen sind im Zimmer deutlich wahrnehmbar.

Pros:

The waitress at the bar was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the service and felt welcomed. I even came back the next day, and she was just as kind and attentive. Although some male guests behaved in an unprofessional way and made me uncomfortable, the waitress and the manager checked on me and made sure I was safe. I’m truly grateful for their care and professionalism.

Cons:

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. I have clear dietary restrictions—gluten‑free, dairy‑free, and pork‑free—and even after notifying the staff, nothing was prepared for me. The lack of effort and consideration made the experience feel unwelcoming and like a waste of money.
