Местонахождение, завтрак

Cons:

Ванная комната с ванной, невозможно принимать душ в ванной, не предусмотрены ограждения препятствующие разбрызгивание воды, в итоге вода попадает на пол, очень не комфортно

Категория отеля 5 звезды не соответствует уровню сервиса. Например: ресепшен , завтрак, состояние номеров.

Месторасположения отеля.

Cons:

Отношение персонала на ресепшен. У нас возникли проблемы с нашим 100% оплаченным бронированием. Мы бронировали три номера одинаковой категории на 2 ночи. Приехали поздно ночью . Номера были не готовы. Нас не ждали. Наши номера были сданы. Три менеджера передавали нас друг другу, искали варианты расселения. В результате один номер отличался (категория ниже) , однако стоимость осталась прежней. Плюс при оплаченном завтраке при бронировании, в ресторане потребовали дополнительную оплату.

Pros:

Posizione centrale e raggiungibile in macchina. Colazione superba ma di qualità

Cons:

Forse un pochino alti i prezzi nei menù, ad esempio un cordon blue ad €98 mi sembra eccessivo

Pros:

Sehr guter Service, sehr gutes Frühstück. Super Lage, zentral wenige Meter zum Marienplatz. Preis Leistung, war bei unserem Zimmer zu hoch im Vergleich zum "Adlon" in Berlin.

Cons:

Zimmer im 1. Stock zum Innenhof mit Blick auf das Dach. Fernseher ging nicht, bis wir festgestellt hatten, leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung. Die Fernbedienung, wurde vom Hausmeister gewechselt.

Классический отель с красивым антуражем и удобным рассположением.Очень приятно завтракать в такой обстановке.На завтрак есть все ,что нужно и даже больше.Номер удобный,кровать и белье -супер.
