Always a good stay at this hotel
Pros:

I always stay here during the Heimtex show and it’s a quiet location with easy links to Frankfurt.

Cons:

There is really no need to charge €10 for a bottle of water. This only makes a guest feel that the extortionate profit margin is based on pure greed and not to assist a guest who may wish to take some water to the room.
Add a few Euros to the room charge and don’t alienate the guest with a crazy price tag on a bottle of water.

Wir sind regelmäßig in diesem Hotel. Im großen und Ganzen ist alles gut. Was aber so langsam richtig nervt, das Personal abends an der Bar. Das Hotel hat so eine schöne große Bar. Es nützt aber nichts wenn die Bestellungen nicht klappen. Es kommt niemand, die Sachen dauern ewig bis sie da sind oder werden vergessen usw. Es liegt nicht mal daran das es zu wenig Personal da ist sondern das schlampig und lustlos gearbeitet wird und das ist leider schon Jahre so. Bitte ändern!!!

Zum Dinner gab es eine sehr kleine Karte (ca. 10 Gerichte) mit wenig ansprechenden Gerichten. Eher: wir zeigen mal, was wir kreieren können, ob es schmeckt, ist nicht so wichtig. Dafür ist der Preis deutlich überhöht. Mein Hirschragout war eine Kinderportion.

Erwartungen übertroffen, super Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Für den Preis wurden wir überrascht. Das Badezimmer glich einem eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Das Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe. Das Personal war über aus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die schöne Terrasse konnten wir bei dem sonnigen Wetter ideal zum frühstücken nutzen. Der Cappuccino und der frische O-Saft war wirklich lecker. Die Einrichtung des Hotels, vor allem in der Lobby, war gehoben und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt-schön außerhalb vom Trubel.
