Pros:

Неймовірний готель практично в центрі Флоренції , але чудово розташований на тихій вулиці . До центра пішки максимум 10 хвилин . Поруч залізничний вокзал , за ним автобусна станція . Персонал максимально привітний ! Чисто ! Непогані різноманітні сніданки …

Cons:

Дуже низький рівень Wi-fi у номері ) добре працював інтернет виключно в лобі).
Також , хотілось би , щоб окрім скрамблу на сніданок можна було замовити звичайну яєчню або омлет .

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, we stayed for two nights on our Italy adventure we travelled from Rome to Florence. Two adults and one teenager we booked a suite. The rooms are large and modern & clean. The hotel grounds are beautiful & lovely to sit outside for pre dinner drinks after a long day of walking. The reception staff are very helpful and knowledgable we couldn’t fault any of the staff they were all amazing. Especially the bar staff, they make fabulous cocktails ☺️🍸
Breakfast on the terrace was lovely plenty of choice.
Our only negative was the air con didn’t work the rooms are very hot we did mention this twice but it didn’t get corrected sadly.
We stayed May 24th 2026 for two nights

Прекрасное место, второй раз останавливаемся семьей. Прекрасный, красивый и доброжелательный отель и персонал. Большой плюс, есть парковка. Хороший завтрак. Уютное место в центре Флоренции!

Pros:

They used our rental car over night and banged it. Significantly damages in front and back. Totally unacceptable. They are ignoring and don’t want to look at videos. Police has to be involved. Would not recommend !!!!!

Pros:

Arrived late, very friendly staff upon arrival. Room upgrade for the night. Room was very spacious, clean and luxurious. Great proximity to the station and easy walking distance to all attractions without being in the middle of tourist central.

Pros:

Breakfast varied and beeautigul presented. Dining area was celan, spacious and very pleasant for breakfast. The chef kind and welcomin but the best was gentlmen at the reception. Stay was enjoyable.

Una instancia en Florencia, con el placer de un buen lugar para el descanso.
Pros:

Excelente contar con una habitación cómoda y terraza, las áreas comunes son muy elegantes y agradables. La atención de recepción y servicio de comedores, muy bien

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο για μια οικογένεια 4 ατόμων ήτανε πολυ άνετο. Βέβαια για τα παιδια υπήρχε καναπές κρεβατι και οχι κανονικά κρεβατια. Το προσωπικό στο πρωινό και στο μπαρ ήτανε ευγενικό.

Cons:

Ενώ το ξενοδοχειο διαθέτει παρκιν το χρέωσαν 35€ την ημέρα. Επίσης γενικά το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν ηταν οριακά αγενές.

Excellent!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights from 5th May (wedding anniversary trip). We were not disappointed. The decor, ambience, cleanliness, food and service were superb. Special shout out to Eda at breakfast who was exceptional for her customer service, the lady who checked us in on the 5th May and helped us practice our Italian, plus the gentlemen who checked us out. All lovely people delivering exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I told the hotel staff that I feel like coming home every time I stay there.I do really like this place.
Pros:

I was staying in this hotel for the third time.
I like it unique atmosphere, location, cozy rooms, friendly atmosphere and good service.
It is real Palazzo: beautiful inner yard with flowers and trees,stylish, clean and elegant building.
Comfortable, clean rooms, nice breakfasts.

Cons:

WiFI could be better.
