We really enjoyed staying here. The room was great and the staff friendly. We were a little disappointed on our last morning when we asked if our water bottles could be filled up with tap water (it was 34 degrees outside and we had run out) but we were asked to buy it. I was a little disappointed at that since we had been buying a number of drinks in the evenings at the bar. It would have been a kind gesture...The walk is around 15 minutes into the centre, but it all feels very safe and a welcome reprieve from the busyness of Firenze. The hotel was quiet - we were never disturbed with any noise and it was very clean. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. And the shower pressure was excellent.
Nothing really. It was a great hotel. Perhaps if we could have picked it up and placed it in the Centre of town!

Le comportement inadmissible d’un salarié dédié au bar de l’hôtel. Alors que nous rentrions à l’hôtel vers 22h00 , n’ayant pas d’eau dans la chambre , nous sommes allés à la réception qui nous invitée à aller au bar de l’hôtel pour récupérer une bouteille d’eau. Et nous avons été confrontés à un refus du barmaid de manière très très désagréable.
Cela gâche tout le côté positif que nous aurions pu avoir sur cette établissement.

Personnel assez particulier,très froid sans être incompétent. Pas au niveau des standards hôteliers de la gamme (humain)
The property itself is outstanding and very impressive. Amenities are very good as well and breakfast had a good selection of different things
Given the location it is a bit expensive. This is near the train station so it’s a bit of a walk to get to the city every time

Calme, luxe, courtoisie et disponibilité du personnel, parking, petit déjeuner complet, espaces extérieurs très calmes pour verre du soir, salle de sport avec appareils qui fonctionnent et de bonne qualité , insonorisation des chambres

The room is very nice and clean. Good size bathroom. And lovely little courtyard.
It's to far from the centre with al the restaurants, bars and sights. It's a good 20 min walk. Also through a bit of a rough neighbourhood. Would not recommend for woman alone. Or walking in this hot weather.
The air-conditioning was very strange. There was almost no airflow in the room and it didn't cool down a lot. We kept saying this as reception and they said this was normal.

Staff was super friendly, they showed us around and navigated to our room, I got a small cake and colorful baloons for my birthday - it was so sweet! Neigbourhood is great - on the side from main attractions, quiet at night but still walking distance to the train station. Very nice coffee and tasty breakfast. It was indeed a very lovely stay for romantic getaway!

There’s no free parking near the hotel for guests are coming with car and the hotel parking cost 35€ per night
