Pros:

An absolutely terrific experience at Palazzo Montebello. A bit on the more expensive side but no complaints. You will not make a mistake booking here.

Pros:

Tout était magnifique dans cet établissement. La beauté des lieux, la décoration soignée, les petites attentions dans l.entree pour les clients. Les espaces communs intérieurs et extérieurs étaient tellement beaux et accueillants. Quant à la chambre, elle était d une propreté impeccable, très confortable, avec de supers équipements. Le personnel était extrêmement professionnel et serviable. Ce fut une expérience fabuleuse. Merci!

Cons:

L’emplacement était le seul petit bémol. Un peu excentré, et les petites rues pour y arriver n étaient pas très accueillantes. Malgré tout en marchant 15-20minutes on se retrouve au centre de la ville, donc ce n’est pas un réel problème

Our stay at Palazzo Montebello was unpleasant.

The outdoor seating area was very pleasant.

Cons:

The food offered for breakfast was very "okay". Mostly pre-packaged goods like yogurt cups, a small selection of fresh fruit and fairly generic pastries (that I suspect are mass produced). The staff in the breakfast area was brusque at best and rude at worst. I finally asked to order some eggs on the final day of our stay (having not been previously offered anything) and was met with an eye roll. The eggs ended up being quite tasty and I would have enjoyed them earlier in our stay.

Fantastisch hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke en professionele ontvangst door het personeel. Fantastische kamer aan de mooie binnenplaats. Fijne bedden en een goede badkamer met heerlijke douche. Rustige omgeving en alles is aan te lopen.

Cons:

Ontbijt had uitgebreider gekund. Maar ik zou zeker weer terug gaan naar dit hotel.

Pros:

I give this place an average as the room had mosquitoes that kept us up at night . Woke up in the morning tired and asked the staff for water. They would not give us water other than the two bottles for 4 of us…even though the you are paying almost $600/night!!!! I would recommend looking at other places and reading more reviews before booking.
Also the location makes it average since you can walk to many locations nearby.

Pros:

Espaço tranquilo em meio a tanto turista de Florença. Muito limpo bonito e confortável.

O duche foi feito de modo que jogava agua para fora e molhava o chão do banheiro.
