Cons:

We stayed at suite (super good) but it had internal door with another room and sound isolatiom was terrible! You can hear everything what happening in that room.

Läget, lugnt och en bit från centrum. Supersnygg inredning och god frukost.

Cons:

Alldeles för lyhört, hördes väldigt tydligt utifrån korridoren. Lite bättre isolering i dörrar skulle behövas.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber und optisch sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist freundlich und organisiert. Alles in allem ist es ein optisch sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit viel Potenzial. Die Lage ist gut, ein schöner 20 min Spaziergang in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Allerdings ist anzumerken, dass die Zimmer sowohl Doppel- als auch Einzelzimmer deutlich kleiner sind, als auf den Bildern dargestellt, sich preislich deutlich unterscheiden, aber faktisch die gleichen Zimmer sind. Der Aufpreis für ein einzeln belegtes Doppelzimmer ist daher nicht gerechtfertigt, da es genau dasselbe Zimmer ist. Die Zimmer haben keine Balkone. Das wird auf der Seite anders dargestellt. Die Badezimmer sind winzig. Vielleicht 6 Quadratmeter und davon nimmt die Dusche bestimmt 1,5 ein. Zu zweit wäre das nicht möglich. In einem Zimmer lässt sich die Tür wegen des Handtuchhalters nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer hat auch keinen Kleiderschrank, wie angegeben. Das WLAN funktionierte auch nicht. Leider konnte man nicht mal googeln. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, sodass man abends andere hört. Wenn man mit einem Hund reist, bekommt man das Bett und Napf, das in der Beschreibung steht leider nicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr mager. Wenig Obst und Gemüseauswahl. Vielleicht 3-4 Brötchensorten und bisschen Wurst und Käse. Das ist kein 4-Sterne- Hotel Frühstück.
Allerdings wird es der Beschreibung nicht gerecht. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich für 250€ die Nacht ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Отличный отель с уютным внутренним двориком
Pros:

Отель хорошо расположен, около 1 км от основных площадей. Гуляешь в центре, а отдыхать возвращаешься в тишину, это большое преимущество для Флоренции. Удивил завтрак, очень и очень скромный для такой цены отеля. С одной стороны на завтраке каждый день было игристое, а с другой стороны яичница за дополнительную плату

Cons:

Завтрак необходимо улучшить для отеля такого уровня. Непонятная история с пододеяльником, его просто нет, одеяло лежит между 2-х простыней, все постоянно сбивается

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a lovely outside area very central to Florence. All the staff we encountered were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.
We had to leave early on our final day, we had paid for breakfast so the hotel provided us with breakfast takeaway bags which were waiting for us when we checked out. We would love to stay here again and explore more of Florence in the future.

Overall a beautiful Hotel and we had a pleasant stay
Pros:

It was in a very quiet location and still close to main attractions.

Cons:

Honestly I had to complains. The one thing we noticed is that the bar closes early we wanted to hang out and have a drink and we couldn’t.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah, aber nicht im Trubel der Stadt. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, allerdings nicht allzu riesig.
