Lovely Stay
Pros:

We loved our stay in Palazzo Montebello! The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, the beds were super comfy! The staff was very helpful and polite. The location was great, just 15 minutes walk to the center of Florence, and you could walk by the river Arno to enjoy a view of the city. The breakfast was nice. The decoration of the lobby and the patio of the hotel was very eclectic. We would gladly return to this hotel on our next visit in Florence.

If you’re looking for that "just right" spot in Florence, this is it. We honestly couldn't have picked a better home base for our trip.
The Location: Best of Both Worlds
The positioning is genius. You’re close enough to the heart of the city that all the main sights are just a short, easy walk away, but you aren't stuck in the middle of the suffocating tourist crowds. It felt like we had our own quiet escape to return to after a long day of exploring.
The Space: Room to Breathe
Finding space in European hotels can be a gamble, but our room was surprisingly spacious. The real MVP, though? The terrace. Having that extra outdoor space to unwind with a coffee (or a glass of wine) really leveled up the whole experience.
The Vibe & Staff- BIG Thank You to Leonardo!
What really made the trip, though, was the team. The staff were absolute gems—incredibly helpful with every single inquiry we had, no matter how small.
Bottom line: This place didn't just give us a bed to sleep in; it actually made our entire experience in Firenze perfect. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Location is good,breakfast ok,and the garden very beautiful.

Cons:

Personal very unpolite,firs give us room at The 3 floor and it was very small and ugly! After we fight by speaking they give us good room.
What you see în The pictures are not the same for all room!!!!
So if you want suit or premier suit better stay grund floor.

Overall a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful but the breakfast had very limited options but you get champagne
Pros:

Beautiful location, a little bit away from the centre of the city but a walkable distance

Cons:

The air conditioning unit didn’t work. I was on the courtyard floor and had to open my windows (which was technically a door) to get cool my room down. I asked reception about this and they told me that April was still considered as winter month (weird) so the unit would only work as a heater not a coolant.
