Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very cozy and elegantly furnished, located in a great neighborhood with a beautiful inner courtyard. The rooms are spacious and quiet, which made our stay very comfortable.
We chose this hotel mainly for its location — it is within walking distance of the train station, while also being close to the city center.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded the room for our son, which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. Great staff. I was upgraded on arrival to a fantastic double room from my single room booking. Also when there was a problem with my bathroom I was upgraded again.

Memorable experience and we would gladly come back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The suite was truly impressive — the ceiling paintings were the absolute highlight and made the room feel very special and unique. The location was excellent as well, making it easy to explore the area.

Cons:

The parking fees were a bit high, but the secure underground garage made it worthwhile. At breakfast, a slightly wider selection would have been nice — but that’s really complaining at a high level.

Wonderful, calm place to stay in Firenze!
Pros:

We loved the location just a short walk from the Arno and about 1 km from the Duomo. It was so quiet and a very restful spot. The room upgrade we received was much appreciated, and the small private terrace was a great plus. Even if the weather was a bit cold, we enjoyed our morning coffee in the sunshine on the terrace. Many thanks to the staff for the wonderful experience.

Cons:

As in many hotels, we followed the instructions to leave our towels hanging up so as not to have them changed, but they were changed anyway.
