One of my worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. You can find much better places.

The only reason to stay here is the roof top pool

Cons:

The thermometer on my room did not work. When I asked the front desk about it, they told me an engineer had to go to my room to fix it. When he got there, he told me he’d have to come to my room to change the temperature. When I called the front desk to further inquire, they were quite stand offish, if not smug about it. I was on the 4th floor. Do not stay on the 4th floor. Another issue is I believe the 4th floor is where maintenance and housekeeping is based. There were door constantly being slammed (several times per hour) with very loud voices in the hallway. For $350-$500/night, stay away from this place. It’s horrible value.

Great stay in a great hotel
Pros:

We visited the hotel for the second time at Halloween and it was even better than the first. The rooms have been renovated and our room had a great view of the mountains and the Hollywood sign. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing, great food and great 360 views of LA and the hollywood sign etc. It's in a great location close to Rodeo Drive. All staff are friendly and professional. Special mention to T Brown who goes above and beyond for the guests, he even brought glasses of champagne up to our room! He really makes the whole experience memorable and we cant wait to come back again.

Eddie at valet was the highlight of my stay!
Pros:

Eddie at valet was amazing. He quickly grabbed my car, ensured I had water bottles for my drive and handled my bags with care. Great energy and great way to end my visit with excellent service!

Une excellente situation dans un petit hôtel très agréable et à un excellent prix

La situation très bonne à quelques minutes à pied de la célèbre Rodeo drive. Le calme dans l’hôtel, le design général et la deco des chambres. La qualité et le sourire du personnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner. La piscine et le bar sur le toit avec vue sur Los Angeles sont très agréable.

Cons:

Le personnel d’entretien des chambres,peu aimable, peu professionnel et avec des horaires inappropriés pour un hôtel de ce standing. Certains jours notre chambre et salle de bain ont été nettoyé en fin d’après midi !

Outstanding location and fantastic staff. Highly recommend. Roof top bar and pool is amazing with lovely views.

A little Gem of a hotel
Pros:

What a gem of a hotel. The staff are so lovely. Rooms slightly small but nothing more needed as only sleep there. All facilities provided in the room, hairdryer, toiletries, iron etc. water provided every day and a short walk to Rodeo Drive and to the Big Bus tour. Beautiful roof top pool with amazing views. Please note for any smokers, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Lovely small restaurant provided enough variety. Drinks reasonably priced and the roof bar is fab

A to Z phenomenal experience
Pros:

From the moment we brought the car into valet, this was a five star experience. Eddie and Robert made us feel right at home and took great care of us. We went to the rooftop bar for drinks - they have a great mocktail menu. The rooftop is so cozy with the fireplace. 10/10 would return again.

60/10 Hotel - Best and Well Rounded Hotel in Beverly Hills
Pros:

I don’t write reviews in general but this hotel deserves one. Truly an amazing stay from start to finish. The entire staff was not only kind and friendly but also knowledgeable and professional. Being a part of the hotel industry myself you know what to look for to see what works and what doesn't. Truly a beautiful and cozy hotel great location. Room was amazing and comfortable bathroom was clean and great shower and toiletries. Truly i wish i could remember all of the teams names to commend them all but Nick and Bartolo from valet stood out and they should be praised for their efforts. 1000% coming back in the future.

Very pleased
Pros:

I stayed here for almost two weeks, it was such a great experience especially being away for so long. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with the warmest welcome from Paula she was fantastic after a 12 hours flight to LA she immediately made me feel comfortable. Gave me bottle and water and I helped myself to the sweet snacks they have available. She explained the hours for the roof top, breakfast, gave me access to a floor which I could also use to work on. Every day the front staff were very welcoming and friendly. I also met Eddie who is super helpful friendly and such a gentleman, especially when I was checking out with such heavy bags. I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Hotel, Even Better Staff
