Cool downtown stay

La ubicación, el rooftop y la atención. La habitación linda y espaciosa pero el sillón cama no estaba bien, completamente vencido hicimos malabares para poder dormir. Si no fuese por eso el hotel súper bienn!

Pros:

I would like to give the compliment to one of the staff in the hotel and his name is T. brown. He is best receptionist I have ever had. Very warm welcome when we first arrived at the hotel and great service.

Service & additional charges are not acceptable.
Pros:

Roof top pool & bar

Cons:

Additional chargers were added even though, booking.com state all taxes & chargers included.
We were asked to pay additional $44 per night for guest fee. This is unacceptable especially as we stayed 4 days.
Also each day the room was cleaned, they forgot to leave either water, coffee, sugar or milk.
We never had 1 day where our room was serviced correctly.
We had a view of wall.
