ロサンゼルスの朝晩の温度差が結構あったので、暖房にしたくてもホテル自体が冷房になっているので寒い時はエアコンをOFFにしてました。部屋でコントロールできるといいなと思いました。

Dużo ukrytych kosztów w tym brak informacji na bookingu że depozyt wynosi 150 dolarow za dzień a nie za cały pobyt. Opłata za korzystanie z udogodnień w tym wody butelkowanej, ekspresu 32 dolary za dzień.

Rooms were a bit small for 3 people. Complementary Soaps in bathroom were not great.
Rooftop was great and location

The location is simply wonderful- tucked into a great spot in Beverly Hills that makes it easy to get to other parts of the city while keeping you close to Rodeo Drive, high-end boutiques, and top restaurants without being right inside the most congested zone.
The room was huge, exceptionally beautiful, and had a gorgeous designer aesthetic that almost makes the nightly price tag worth it.
The only minor downside is that the staff seemed a bit stretched thin and understaffed. That said, they were always trying their absolute best to be friendly and helpful despite clearly being overworked.

I think booing.com is good for car rental but when it comes to hotels it's not competitive.
The carpet in the room wasn't clean. The shower very so so. The price I paid for 2 rooms over $900 in total definitely was not worthy.
I'm not sure if I book hotels with you anymore.
