It was decent I probably would never stay here again.
Pros:

-Shower was broken when I got there
-Air was not working so I was hot all night

Cons:

The television in the bed room didn't work. A staff came up and still no response. I requested compensation on my bill, as I was at that location due to a personal trauma and had to force myself to sleep with no TV to distract me. Horrendous. At the nightly price point, everything should be workable and in good order.

This was a business trip and the facility was perfect for me. The staff was very friendly.

Nice room with dodgy parking
Pros:

Great location adjacent to the South Park Mall. The pool looked nice. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Parking ‘at your own risk’. Limited spaces. Run down 1 level structure. Don’t leave valuables in your car… staff was friendly but not really able to offer local travel information to Uptown. Breakfast about $20 each after tax.

The staff could be more attentive. The facility could be managed much better. Has potential.
Pros:

Nice looking place.

Cons:

The TV signals didn’t work and I had to get moved to another room. There were no pots and pans in my suite with a full kitchen. There was no dishwashing liquid on the sink. Ice machine did not work on one of the floors after walking all the way around to the other side of the building . I had to go up to a whole other floor to use another ice machine.

This will be my hotel of choice when I am in Charlotte, North Carolina
Pros:

The breakfast was great the staff was very friendly and nice. The rooms were fantastic, clean,shower had hot water. The staff was friendly and nice when I got there the front desk attendant let me know that they were behind and my rooms would be ready in 20 minutes and they were ready when he said.

Cons:

The toilet was too low.

The Room was nice size.

Cons:

The lounge room, tv did not work. Call the front desk and they said will send the maintenance man to check,he never came. And was like that for 3 days
