The location and the staff were good.
It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The public bath was good and the service was good.
They didn’t have bathtub in every room. (We booked for 3 different kinds of rooms)
The taste of food was not my cup of tea but they have 和食 and 洋食 so you could choose. It’s just that I don’t think it’s worth 2,500 yen for each person. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel so you could choose where to eat instead of the ones in the hotel.
さすがドーミーインと言ってもいいくらい、どこもかしこも清潔で綺麗で好感がもてた。アメニティの質も良い。
朝食のバイキングがとても美味しい。
レストランのスタッフの対応が素晴らしく良く、子供にも話しかけてくれた。7〜8時に利用したが全然混まなかった。ベビーチェアもある。
ビジネスで行くと混む時間帯なのかもしれない。
ＧＷに利用したのでファミリー層がほとんどで、大浴場、とくに女性側が混みすぎてロッカーさえ空くのを待った。これは行く時期が連休等でなければとくにストレスは無さそう。

大浴場からの景観良いのですが、ビルの合間なので今ひとつです。
お部屋がかなり狭いですね。
また、大浴場があるからなのか、部屋はバスタブなしのシャワーのみというのもどうなのでしょうか。

The room was small but comfy enough for two people. Breakfast was excellent with various local delicacies that you can try. They also serve complementary late night ramen noodle, a simple shoyu-based ramen that was super tasty and comforting. There is onsen that operates from 5 AM to 1 AM, perfect for relaxing after a day trip in Fukui. Additionally, there’s a relaxation room where you can get various ice creams.
The laundry rooms are located in the male’s changing room and in the female’s hot spring areas. Would be nice if the laundry room is located in a separate area. But it wasn’t really a big problem though.
地元の名物が朝食で食べられ、チェックアウト時間も11:00までと遅めのため、ゆっくり滞在できた。夜鳴きそばもとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々の対応もとても丁寧でホスピタリティを感じました。他のドーミーインも含め、また利用したいと思います。
特にありません。強いて言えば、エレベーターが2台のため、混雑している時間はなかなかエレベーターが来ないことでしょうか。
大浴場の温泉がとてもよかったです。歩き回って疲れた体がゆっくりほぐれて温まります。無料の漫画とアイスクリームがあるのも最高でした。
消毒か洗剤か、廊下になんか変な匂いが漂ってました。強い匂いじゃないし、部屋にはないので困るほどではありませんが。
あとチェックインの時に名前が間違って登録されていたのはいただけないでしょう。
チェックインから雰囲気良かったです！
有馬温泉の旅館で働いていたのでフロントの対応とか見てしまいますが、ちゃんとお客様にお声がけし説明もちゃんとされてて、とても気持ちのいい接客だと思いました。
チェックインが重なる時間帯だったので、フロントからの声かけではなく機械の横にスタッフが立ち説明をしてるのがとても良かったです。
温泉に入れてアイス食べれて漫画も置いてる。
泊まるだけではなくちゃんと癒しを与えてくれるホテルでした。
ホテルはコンセント少なめなんですけどすごく多かったです。寝るところ、足元、テレビ側に両サイド、洗面所、どこかにもうひとつあったと思います。
他にもいいなと思った点は2人で洗面所で支度する時、部屋側のコンセントが洗面所に近くて
1人髪の毛乾かしもう1人はアイロン使えて2人とも鏡を見ながら支度できたこと！！
洗面所に1個しかないとこ多くてあー無理かもって思ったけどコンセントの多さで
2人同時に準備することができました。
朝の時間バタバタするのでコンセント多いの本当に助かります！！
部屋はシャワーのみですがそれで充分です。エアコンもダイキンでよかったです。大浴場に行けば切り替え式のシャワーがあってとても良かったです。見間違えてなければ有名なとこだったと思います。温泉もとても気持ちよかったです。
朝寒かったので部屋でシャワーしましたが清潔感もありとても綺麗でした。
チェックインとチェックアウト機械で全てするので簡単でした。ロビーで朝コーヒーを頂き車が近くに来るまでゆっくりできました。
また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！！
