Pros:

All in all a good stay. The public bath was clean and well maintained. It was also tattoo friendly as long as the tattoo could be covered (cover provided for free at reception). Staff was very helpful, also in receiving our luggage we sent with Yamato.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard. The pillow was also too flat and hard. The staff was able to provide another pillow upon request, so not anything major at all.

Pros:

Spa was amazing. Beds were comfortable and room size was good. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Limited free parking but overnight parking was only 800 yen.

風呂と朝食。

スタッフの皆様がとても親切でした。機械での自動チェックイン完了後も不明点がないか聞いてくださいました。宿泊の前後には荷物も預かってくださり大変助かりました。お部屋には水ボトルとゼリーが用意されており楽しめました。
湯上がりの夜鳴きそばはおかわりも用意してくださり、大満足でした。
