من يشعرون أنك تفكر في طلب شيء يبادرون لك بابتسامة ورحابة صدر.
- الافطار فوق ما تتخيله من ترتيب وتنظيم واحترافية وجودة في تقديم الطعام في طهي الطعام.
- خدومين ودودين.
خاااااااصةً الموظفتين في الاستقبال (SELLA() وزميلتها تعجز عن شكرهم والامتنان لهم احترافية في الخدمة وتقديم الدعم والمساندة، تعاون يفوق ما ترغب به احترام وتعامل رااااقي واحترافية.
- موظفين في منطقة المسبح الابتسامة لا تفارقهم.
- منطقة المسبح شيء جميل لكل القئات المبار والاطفال والنساء منطقة ألعاب مائية.
- منطقة الافطار مطلة على المسبح، لا يوصف شعور الجمال وحلاوة المنظر وانت تتناول الافطار.
- نظااااااافة في منطقة الافطار وجودة في التقديم.
- تعجز الكلمات عن شكر كل موظف من موظفينهم، تعبت بنتي الفجر، بس من بلغت الاستقبال ركض للمكتب الخلفي وسحب باللاسلكي والنداء للكل للبوابة باستعاء اقربب تلكسي حالة طارئة لأحد النزلاء، السكيورتي سحب المرسي المتحرك وركض معي، أتأمل وش الدافع عندهم بكل هذه الطاقة والحماس، الشعب الإندونيسي مدرسة في الاحترام والادب وعلو وسمو الاخلاق، ما ارتاحوا حتى تطمنوا على صحة بنتي يوم رجعنا من المستشفى. شكراً للموظف في الاتسقبال ولرجل الأمن نسيت اسماؤهم لكن الله يعرفهم.

عندهم منطقة حديقة الحيوان مصفرة وجميلة ومرتبة .

لازم تدفع قيمة الخدمات الاضافية قبل الاستفادة منها، مثلا الافطار بنتي ما حسبت ضمن الافطار المجاني فعند الدخول لمنطقة الافطار طلب مني السداد قبل، وشرحت له اني نزيل عندكم وتفهم الوضع وتعاون.

Best Stay Ever
Pros:

All staff are friendly from back Kitchen to front desk and very good service from all staff. Thank you and i will come back again hahaha..and breakfast is very delicious and have many options too..
