Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the friendly staff and hospitality. The pool is a verry nice bonus. Really enjoy staying here.

The room was large, which is great, but it wasn't as clean as expected at a La Quinta. The outside of the property was dirty and not maintained. The elevator floor was broken and the elevator was very dirty. The stairwell was even worse.
Staff at the check-in desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. For example, there was no one maintaining the breakfast area. When we reported the toaster didn't work to the front desk person, which is in the same area, first he just said, use the left side. When I went back and asked him to show me how it works because we tried, he just said it wasn't his job.
Several other interactions with the check-in staff were no better.
I thought all La Quintas were a step above. This one is terrible!
Es económico, antiguo pero en base al precio la habitación era comoda,
Fuera de las habitaciones si está muy deteriorado y como quedan al aire libre, se ve desciudado y sucio
The beds are confortable. And place has plenty of parking. Shopping center is walking distance as well as restaurants and right off the freeway.
We got 3 rooms. One was decent but the other 2 rooms where not the cleanest. The towel in one room had hair like if someone had shaved and the shower had red dye stains all over and the shower did not work properly, no water shower pressure. The other room the restroom lady a dirty sponge behind the door and the cabinet door to the mini fridge was broken. Although it says non smoking it smelled like smoke upon walk-in. But there was 1 room that was perfect. It was clean smelled clean everything was top notch.
Nothing!
The staff were horrible, the room was disgusting and there was blood on the walls, there were only two outlets and everything they had plugged in would be considered a fire hazard, the bedding was dirty, the other guests were smoking right outside my room, there were constant homeless people and drug users all over the outside of the building, the pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom, there was garbage everywhere and I was refused a full refund!
Nothing
From the minute I walked into the property and enter my first room and second room. I was very displayed with the non responsiveness of my emails to the GM of the property after requesting a 4 day refund after only one night stay. The front desk clerks were just as bad with their limited responses.
The outside looked clean
Lamps didn't work tv did not work
Beds not comfortable
room was clean.
dirty outside but not the room was great except door would not lock, had to be moved, staff were quick to respond, no ice pail, seemed no hot water, trash all over the place, elevator on bldg 1 would not rebound when I
was slow in entering,, doors would reopen, last inspection was 2024,plastic door liner punched a hole in my arm, have a picture of bleeding on my car console Hole in the wall from door knob and was there for a while, no debris on the floor, and the big one, no smoke alarm, big violation to the BOCA code.
It was nothing like in the pictures
No pool
It’s a good location access to major highways
Very dirty/ elevator had bottles and smell of urine was very strong , very unsatisfactory when it comes to cleanliness

We traveled from IL to Colorado for a wedding and this hotel was 4 mins away from family so we thought why not. Welp never again will I stay at a LaQuinta. The location is right next to the highway so it was loud and we noticed first thing the parking lot was filthy. We checked in pretty late and we were so tired we just wanted to take showers and relax. Not in the cards for us. The room was musty and have not been used for awhile. The shower was nasty looking and looked like pooh on the floor near the shower. Only had 2 towels and our TV didn't work at all. We told the front desk and he sent a kid to do exactly what my husband did. We told the front desk can we switch rooms and he said no we will switch the TV. As soon as they left the room I started putting leaving in motion. I tried changing the dates and I tried to talk to the front desk and they told me I need to talk to a manager. We went back to speak with the manager and she wasn't there, which made me think they are gonna stall so I have to pay for the whole week. I was right! We didn't even sleep between the sheets because there were stains so we used blankets from travel to sleep with and ended up leaving there because I'm not bringing anything to the new hotel we got or my family's house. When you stay somewhere you should have to feel like you should clean the room before you relax. Do not stay here it's not worth the money and the rooms do not look like they do on the site. Very disappointed with the way things went. We didnt even stay in the room but the other hotel we stayed in was fantastic and only 10 mins down the road. What a difference. We didn't even attempt to have the free breakfest so I can't speak on that. Overall, stay near the newer hotels by the Drury much better area and new hotels.
Location is good, across the highway. I only gave it one rating because you have to click something. It took an unusually long time to check in. Had to refuse the 1st room due to smelling like smoke. The whole establishment is broken, not maintained. Everything is run down. For breakfast, the waffle makers are permanently broken. The apples and 3 yogurts were frozen, so inedible, and they kept placing the frozen apples back out! The egg patties were barely warm. Juce was fine. The tub drips, and the carpets are dirty & stained. They only gave 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. I found hair and 1 bug under the main top covers on the bottom sheet. The walls were even sticky. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way. It was hard to close the room door. Continuously had issues with the room cards working. Butts all over the walkways and parking lot. The elevator worked, but it and the stairways are all grimy and haven't been cleaned in forever. Trash is left where people throw it; the cleaning staff walk right by it.
