Never again will I stay at this hotel if that's what you want to call it..

Well for one when me and my granddaughter went to get on the elevator which there are outside elevators outside each bldg when the elevator door opened there was two guys in the elevator one was on the floor of the elevator and the other was telling the guy on the floor to get up as I looked closer I could tell the guy was overdosing on something. It was very traumatic for my 7-year-old granddaughter to see this and for myself as well. Not to mention that the people that are running it are horrible horrible people.

The room was clean

Cons:

Upon entering, everything electrical was unplugged. Maintenance had to be called as some were in odd areas. Several bulbs were burned out and needed to be replaced. The smoke detector was disengaged. We had no wrapped drinking glasses. We had a daily problem with clean towels. Staff would pick up used towels but not replace them. Had minimal washcloths. When we asked the front desk, they said they had no delivery of cups or washcloths for another several days. Our refrigerator was on maximum so whatever we put in the fridge when we returned they were frozen.

The people running that place really need to be checked they are rude and utterly ridiculous there they kept $100 deposit they are just really incredibly rude people. The place is filthy and disgusting they have drug addicts and needles and everything else inside of their elevators and everything there it is so horrible I opened up the elevator one evening and there was somebody Odin in their elevator.

We will never stay there again
Pros:

We were there for four days and three nights. Horrible, horrible. service and rude manager. We had to ask for towels every day. They never made our bed even after we complained. When we went to the manager she was rude and said that is the only level of service they provide and we could use our towels AND wash clothes more than one day!

The toilet was broken, appeared someone was in our room before we got there, dirty towels, area did not feel safe. The guy made sure to charge me the deposit but the lady before me who couldn't pay it and was definitely under some type of substance he let her stay no charge. I even questioned him and he stated she didn't have the money, im like WOW well I don't either and im getting 2 rooms. U think he gave me the worst room possible. So disappointing

I don't anything about this hotel was good, old food on the floor, private area hair on the floor, thc roach in my bed.

Dirty, sketchy and unsafe

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, dark dingy and dirty not to mention sketchy. I did not feel safe here. The elevator and rooms smelled of urine, from desk was rude. Matter of fact I didn’t even stay the night. I left and made a reservation somewhere else. Waste of money! I want a refund.
