Very pleasant !
Pros:

Spacious room, functional and clean in excellent location: walking distance to railway station and city center, toiletries in bathroom and good breakfast .

Cons:

Little saving measures mean no fresh orange juice, reception a bit rushed . Less staff at breakfast , cleaning every second day automatically, no welcome drinks. Not a problem really, but noticeable and to be fair reflected in price.

Pros:

Das Personal war extrem nett und kommunikativ. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Leckere Brötchen, ansonsten alles, was einen guten Start in den Tag verspricht.

Cons:

Das Preisverhältnis zwischen Einzel-und Doppelzimmer war nicht nachvollziehbar. Zu zweit 240€ bezahlen und das Einzelzimmer für 260€ war für unsere 5. Person in der Gruppe nicht nachvollziehbar.

Despite the above the place is great

Erholsame Tage in einem Hotel mit viel Komfort und tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Luftige moderne Lobby mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Gepflegte Grünanlagen mit netten Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Eingang. Das Hotel Dorint Pallas ist fahrradfahrerfreundlich. Wir konnten die Räder (E-Bikes) sicher in der Garage abschließen. Als uns Luft in den Reifen fehlte und wir eine Luftpumpe benötigten, kam ein netter Angestellter von der Haustechnik und brachte uns auch (an einem Sonntag) schnell eine moderne Luftpumpe, mit der wir unsere Reifen aufpumpen konnten. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr sehr bequeme Matratzen, Klimaanlage lief prima - einfach in der Bedienung. Es gab ein wunderbares Frühstück mit einer Riesenauswahl vom gegrillten Gemüse über das individuell zubereitete Omelette bis zu Pancakes. Sehr guter Kaffee / Espresso/ Cappuccino. Sehr gute Brötchen und Brot. Die Lage des Hotels neben einem Park (Herbertanlage) und nur etwa 1,5 km vom Hbf entfernt war prima. In die Fußgängerzone (Landtag) läuft man zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Der Klimaanlage haben die hohen Temperaturen von gut 40 Grad zugesetzt. Aber Nachts konnten wir bei angenehmen Temperaturen gut schlafen

Der Aufenthalt war ganz in Ordnung, nicht dagegen das Verhalten danach. Siehe nächsten Eintrag

Cons:

Das Ladegerät mit dem Magnetkabel für die Apple-Watch habe ich im Zimmer liegen lassen, auf die anfragende Mail habe ich bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Auch wenn nichts gefunden wurde erwarte ich eine Antwort.
