Ärgerliche Inkompetenz der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter
Pros:

Gut aber teuer

Cons:

Abrechnungsverfahren Rezeption und Buchhaltung kompliziert bei getrennten Zahlungen.
Mehrfachvormerkungen und Falschbuchung Bankkarte. Auch nach mehrmaligen Einwänden keine Fehlerbehebung.

Very enjoyable stay for a stopover in Wiesbaden - but would have been happy to stay longer.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice outlook over the park in front of the hotel. Very good location close to the train station and the city centre and old town.

Cons:

The parking isn't cheap (but where is these days), but if you're lucky you can get a free space on the road at the rear of the hotel for free!

Großartiges,zentralgelegenes Hotel das wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen! Es liegt zentral ,Hbf und Stadtmitte können in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal im gesamten Hotel.Schöne saubere Zimmer mit Bad und ein bequemes Bett das einen erholsamen Schlaf bietet.
Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich!

Cons:

Ergibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln!

Fast alles top, Badewanne durch ebenerdige Dusche ersetzen!
Cons:

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es hatte eine Wannen-Duschkombination. Der Einstieg über den Wannenrand war sehr hoch und es gab keine Griffe zum festhalten. Für Gäste, die nicht mehr so beweglich sind, ist Duschen fast unmöglich.

Pros:

Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr gut!
Sehr gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit und der Informationsfluss beim Check-in ist ausbaufähig

Pros:

Prima hotel, ruime kamer en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Fijne ligging, goed bereikbaar en op loopafstand van het centrum.

Cons:

De kamer was erg warm, gelukkig kon het raam open voor frisse lucht.
