Excellent stay
Pros:

The fold out sofabed and two double beds was great for our family of five. The gym was great to have and so was the pool. The pool was surprisingly warm. It was wonderful for a morning swim. The included hot breakfast was also very much appreciated.

All of the comforts of home.
Pros:

good food and accommodating staff. When coffee was empty it was readily refilled. also one staff member saw that I was trying to balance 3 cups to bring back to the room and assertively got me a cup tray to make it easier for me. Expansive size of the room, comfortable beds, and kitchen accommodations with full size appliances, including a cook top, dishwasher, full refrigerator and real utensils and plates, glasses and cups.

Cons:

Can't say there was a dislike.

Good location. Rooms were nice and very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. The scrambled eggs were burnt. The hash potatoes were not edible. The food was poor in quality. There was no coffee being refilled. People were eating the cereal and toast. Nobody was touching the hot food. I am not sure if the food budget is low but charge more or just offer cold foods. This is the worst Hilton I have ever eaten in.

They cancelled our room and it there were no other rooms available in any hotel in the area. UMass Amherst had homecoming weekend. We had to go to Springfield for a room.

I knew the rooms would be large, but I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy it was. Our stay was way too short, but we will try to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Pros:

We appreciated how updated/new the hotel was. Our room was spacious which was a game-changer during our multi-state family trip with 2 teenagers. Being able to do laundry for our family of 4 during our stay was priceless and the machines had large capacity. The complimentary dinner on Wednesday of soup & salad felt like a home-cooked supper after many fast-food meals on the road. Only downside was the old tv in the room that didn’t have apps for streaming and didn’t accept casting from our mobile devices. Overall we loved it here!
