Wonderful all around
Pros:

We were going on a cruise, and the location was perfect for a cruise port. Easy trolley access right down the road, which is free to explore the town. Front staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to get in early. No issues, no problems. And the rooftop pool was a definite, plus.

Hampton has gone down hill
Pros:

Location close to cruise terminal was ideal.
Location to restaurants was good.

Cons:

Room smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke, hydraulic oil and poop. The entire hotel smelled this way actually.
Toilet didn't work and I had to fix it.
The only thing fit to eat at the breakfast was coffee and a banana.
Prior guest hair in shower.
I sought out a Hampton because they're usually a good pick. Could have stayed at a cheaper branded place and had the same experience.

Pros:

Bohužel snídaně je jednotvárná a po sedmi dnech je to spíš pouze o nutnosti. Ale v dané lokalitě a standardu je to dostačující. Lokalita ideální pro dostup ke Convention Centre, které bylo našim zájmem.

Cons:

Jediný diskutabilní bod jsou pouze ty snídaně. Vše ostatní bylo absolutně bez problémů. Skvělý personál, čistota a komfort odpovídající hodnocení hotelu.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were quick to provide information as far as the trolley, nearby wonderful places

frustrating and disappointing.
Pros:

The location was wonderful

Cons:

I left some very expensive belongings and the staff "tried" to help me find them. The process has been very difficult and the staff has been not been helpful AT ALL. This bag had medication, about $1000 in makeup including brand new makeup in the packing and brand new supplements. These were not "thrown out" by accident.
