I like the fact they hold your luggage in the back for you when you arrive before check in. I also like the fact that they do shuttles to the cruise port for free!

Pros:

Das amerikanische Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße, dort ist eine Ampel. Die Autos waren sehr laut. Auf Nachfrage ob wir das Zimmer wechseln könnten war dies leider nicht möglich, da das Hotel voll sei.

Pros:

Staff was amazing. Very helpful and polite. Even riding the elevator with the cleaning staff after their shift…still polite. Most comfortable mattress and pillow options I’ve ever experienced

Only wish was it be a bit closer to the water front

It was just ok
Pros:

The location was ok for the event we were attending.

Cons:

The noise from the traffic and construction were annoying. The shower water pressure was not good. It’s like it was on the verge of it could be really good place or it could be a not so good place. It didn’t match the advertisements.
