We liked everything about our stay.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The roof top pool has amazing views and was very relaxing. The staff at the counter were pleasant and helpful. This is definitely a great place to stay when in Tampa.
Street noise and noisy guest in room across the hall. Screaming children and yelling parents. It wasn't horrible but definitely impacted our sleep a little. It happens from time to time no matter where you're staying. Can't pick your neighbors lol.

I booked this hotel for its location which is great, walking distance from all the eating and activities of Channelside, and a Crunch Fitness across the street that I could go to. The room was clinically clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was gorgeous, and the pillows were some of the best I've ever slept on.
My stay was very nice, I think if there was one thing- and its small- that was mildly annoying was the elevators. They took forever to show up on any floor I was on and there were three of them and only me waiting, lol. Just a minor complaint.

The staff was very friendly and it's a nice location.
For the price, I feel like the soundproofing could be better. We could hear lots of car/street noise and could even hear when the room next door opened/closed their blinds.
It was hot on the floor we stayed on no air conditioning plus the water was not coming out the shower head strong plus it didn't get hot long the I found hair on my towel
