Pros:

Safe location. The room was large and very clean. They supplied plenty of towels. Breakfast was above average.

Excellent Location and Clean Room
Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable. I really liked the bathroom layout for sharing with two people - plenty of counter space.

Cons:

The shower water pressure was a bit low.

Cons:

Breakfast was included, but few choices. I have an allergy to peppers, so I couldn’t have the egg white omlette, but there was a waffle station and other options.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Hampton Inn, (just $$$ downtown parking garage next door.)
Pros:

Check in clerk late Sat PM (Caucasian male, age 45?, light brown hair?) efficient.

Belgium Waffles option at breakfast bar.

Cons:

$35+tax=$41++ to park in garage next door. $$$$!!!👎

A little disappointed with room. Took 45 mins to pick us up from port even though I called and she said call back when I

Cons:

Construction that wasn’t in description. Room was e tea for corner room and windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. Some of the curtains didn’t open and shut. Two hotels together, I would have stayed at the other hotel. Not happy. Description is not trueful to real room.

It was not the best Hampton Inn that I have used. But the friendly staff makes up for any negative.
Pros:

The staff are extra friendly and helpful.
A grab rail in the shower was appreciated.
Enjoyed the amount of clear window space in the room.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful.
