This hotel is very close to the airport and the neighbourhood it is located in is very kind and vibrant, if you have the time walk around and try the local offerings, amazing how close to the airport such amazing food and culture is.
room cleanliness was poor, have stayed in two different rooms, one with a lot of mould on roof. the second room must have been payed for just 1 hour stay as there was remaining rubbish in the room that indicated a romantic acts. if you slightly move any furnature in the room its clear to see a deep clean has not taken place in many many months.
I didn’t like anything about the property at all.
We booked our room on the 1/1/2026. Everything was confirmed then when we got there they said no rooms were available. After 15-20mins they managed to find us a room. There was no hot water in the shower. Fridge wasn’t working. No spare rolls of toilet paper. Very bad experience.

また暖かいお茶でも飲もうと、電気ポットのスイッチを何度も入れてみたが、全く作動しなかった。

Nahe am Flughafen..der dann wegen dem Verkehr vor Ort..nur schwer zu Fuß erreichbar ist...zumindest für uns.
War okay... Zum schlafen nach einem langen Flug ..am nächsten Tag weiter

Hotel was not clean. Person working was rude. It took a long time to for him to even find my reservation. Would not stay here again.
I confirmed the booking on the app and the chat message function on Booking.com before arriving to the hotel that we would check in from 2/3-3/3. When we got to the hotel, they took a long time to confirm our booking and once confirmed, they made us drive to a different location (different to the one on booking.com) - 40/6 Đ. Lam Sơn, Phường 2, Tân Bình, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam. We were not told that we would not be staying in the hotel that we planned to stay in. The apartment was of poor condition, unhygienic and poorer than the hotel we were meant to stay in. There were a significant amounts of bugs, dirt, unusable water and poor linen for the beds (mites). There was 2 people handling the booking - the white diamond hotel receptionist and what seemed to be the apartment owner. They made us pay cash and did not give us the correct cash amount in change either until we argued for the correct amount. We have been able to communicate with google translate just fine with all other interactions in Vietnam so this was not a language barrier issue. Our entire group (both male and female) felt uncomfortable, unsafe and disappointed that an accomodation from Booking.com would be allowed on this site. We arrived early morning on 02/03/2024 and later in the afternoon, the two men threatened us to pay more money to stay longer (we had booked until 03/03/2024) and were not told this prior or otherwise. They then changed the amount they wanted and were threatening and intimidating. This was an appalling stay and will not be recommending this stay to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ho Chi Minh.
