Todo, el servicio
Dreadful experience- I will never take my family again
Everything was really nice,
room service lacking a bit and the level of room cleaning wasn't top
Truly luxurious stay for my family and I. I have to thank Saber for accommodating my 8 month old and asking the hotel chef to make an eggplant purée just for her. Emily and Hasan were so kind and welcoming at breakfast as well. The hotel location is unmatched. Walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower viewing area. Youssef at the front desk made sure we had a very comfortable visit. I loved the extra touches to our room for our little one (crib and stuffed animal). Just a wonderful hotel experience all around.
We have had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. My family and I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. The hotel is in a beautiful location close to the Eiffel Tower, Arc du Triomphe and Trocadéro. Many good restaurants are nearby. Management and staff are very kind and accommodating, the beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We would love to stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel! The location was great and the room was very clean! It’s not too far from the Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants around. The employees always greeted us with a smile and were very friendly. Youssef at the Reception Desk was great and so helpful! He gave us awesome recommendations for French pastries. We would definitely stay at this charming location again! Thanks for the memorable experience!!
The hotel is very well located, just a couple of blocks from both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The room is small, but that's quite common in Paris. The hotel itself is charming, and the staff is incredible.
A special shout-out to Youssef for his outstanding attitude and dedication to making my stay truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The entire staff was warm, professional, and exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
Please and interactive service by Karim
The event experience has beeb great. Karim offered the best service. Thank you
We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to be friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Being a boutique hotel, the level of personalized service was exceptional.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was much larger than we expected for Paris. Having the extra space made a big difference and allowed us to truly relax after long days of sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, the walk-in shower was spacious, and while the bathroom vanity was a bit small, it was a minor tradeoff for such a well-designed room.
We enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel, with consistently excellent food and service.
The location is one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. The Metro station is directly across the street, making it incredibly easy to explore Paris. We were able to use the Metro for about 90% of our sightseeing, which saved both time and money by eliminating the need for taxis most of the time.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located boutique hotel with outstanding service, we highly recommend the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Paris.
Decoração e cama boa
Banheiro antigo com banheira, deveriam transformar em box mais moderno e melhor usável! Carpete démodé e anti higiênico para hoje em dia. Quarto precisa tirar aquilo e colocar um piso mais apropriado!
The staff was exceptional! The front desk especially. They were so kind and accommodating. They were eager to answer any of my questions and gladly showed me where to go and things I could do on my own! I felt safe and well taken care of!
We stayed here for five nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The only good thing about this hotel was its location.
I accidentally left my AirPods in the room when we went out of town for one night. When we came back, they were missing. Of course, the hotel took no responsibility and offered no compensation or resolution.
Overall, we were very disappointed. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet them.
Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and 20 minutes walk to Arc de Triumph.
The hotel atmosphere is congenial and friendly
Rooms are on the small side but convenient
Want to make a special mention about Yousef the front desk staff who was very friendly and extremely helpful.
I have been an Accor diamond member for a long time. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 10 am traveling from Vancouver, Canada. I went to the dedicated All Accor check in line and was told by a lady who barely made eye contact that I have to go to main concierge. We did not expect to get an early check in but at least we requested one. We went shopping and came back at 3:20 pm past the check in time and were told that our room is not ready! All that the manager said was that he was sorry. At 5 pm we finally got our room exhausted and angry. The manager said he will give us free drinks!! We already had free welcome drinks vouchers as diamond members and he said he upgraded us which was not true as I had already used my free night suite upgrade for this booking! The room was hot, no AC and just the portable fan in the room. Other than the great location, this hotel is too overpriced for what it offers and they have no respect for or loyalty to All Accor Members. This brand is losing customers and its loyalty program is a joke.

Stayed here during the Paris heat wave of June 2026 and have left out the lack of air con or indeed electricity at the hotel from my score as both were clearly outside the hotels control.
I’ll start with the positives. The staff were all amazing and aimed to please. The location is amazing so close to the Eiffel Tower and Champs. The hotel itself is very pretty.
Now the room for improvement. This is essentially just like any other mid tier independent hotel in Paris, but just happens to have the Sofitel name slapped on it. There’s nothing Sofitel about the hotel. Certainly not 5 star. Tiny room with tiny bathrooms etc just like any other Paris hotel.
But the biggest disappointment is the value for money. At >$1,000 euro a night it’s just not worth it. I’m upset with myself for not either getting a cheaper hotel at equivalent standard, or spending the slightly extra money and getting a genuine 5 star hotel.
You can read all my previous trip advisor reviews I rarely ever give out any negativity but just wish I read a review like this when I was deciding which hotel to book in Paris.
