Merci pour ce séjour à Paris qui a su me satisfaire complètement entre l'accueil, la chambre et son emplacement. Je recommande l'hôtel les yeux fermés. Une spéciale dédicace pour l'accueil au petit-déjeuner et cette ambiance grâce à une très belle équipe.

We paid €1,685 for two nights, and the experience we had was extremely disappointing. The room we were assigned did not match the photos or the description provided at the time of booking in any way.
We had booked a Junior Suite with a king-size bed and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room we actually received was significantly smaller than shown, and the so-called “Eiffel Tower view” consisted only of the tip of the tower, visible only from a certain angle. In our opinion, this cannot be considered a true Eiffel Tower view.
We arrived at the property at 1:30 a.m. The check-in process was slow and unprofessional. We were even advised to check the room first, which gave us the impression that the staff was already aware that it did not fully correspond to what had been booked.
After seeing the room and reporting the issue, we were informed that resolving the situation could take 2–3 hours, in the middle of the night. At 4:00 a.m. there was no manager on site, as the manager was only expected to arrive later. The only solution offered was for us to stay temporarily in that room until it would be possible to speak with the person in charge. This was a very stressful situation for us, especially considering the high price paid.
In the following days, we were refunded only one night. At the same time, however, we were charged more than €900 for approximately 5 hours of stay in a room that did not match what we had booked. From our perspective, this outcome was completely disproportionate to the service received.
Given the price charged, we expected transparency, customer focus, and an appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations in any way.
In our view, the value for money was completely unsatisfactory.
Service was well below expectations.
We would not return and cannot recommend this property.
Titel: Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – weit entfernt von dem, was gebucht wurde
Wir haben 1.685 € für zwei Nächte bezahlt und die gemachte Erfahrung war für uns äußerst enttäuschend. Das Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde, entsprach in keiner Weise den Fotos und der Beschreibung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung.
Gebucht war eine Junior Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Das tatsächlich erhaltene Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als dargestellt, und vom angeblichen „Eiffelturm-Blick“ war lediglich die Spitze zu sehen, und auch nur aus einem bestimmten Winkel. Für uns kann das nicht als echter Eiffelturm-Blick bezeichnet werden.
Wir kamen um 1:30 Uhr nachts in der Unterkunft an. Der Check-in verlief langsam und wenig professionell. Uns wurde sogar empfohlen, das Zimmer zunächst zu überprüfen, was bei uns den Eindruck hinterließ, dass bereits bekannt war, dass es nicht vollständig der Buchung entsprach.
Nachdem wir das Zimmer gesehen und das Problem gemeldet hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Klärung der Situation 2–3 Stunden dauern könnte, mitten in der Nacht. Um 4:00 Uhr morgens war kein Manager vor Ort, da dieser erst später eintreffen sollte. Die einzige vorgeschlagene Lösung bestand darin, vorübergehend in diesem Zimmer zu bleiben, bis ein Gespräch mit dem Verantwortlichen möglich wäre. Für uns war das eine sehr belastende Situation, insbesondere angesichts des hohen Preises.
In den darauffolgenden Tagen wurde uns nur eine Nacht erstattet. Gleichzeitig wurde uns jedoch ein Betrag von über 900 € für etwa 5 Stunden Aufenthalt berechnet – in einem Zimmer, das nicht dem gebuchten entsprach. Aus unserer Sicht war dieses Ergebnis völlig iunverhältnismäßig im Vergleich zur erhaltenen Leistung.
Angesichts des verlangten Preises hätten wir Transparenz, Kundenorientierung und eine angemessene Problemlösung erwartet. Leider entsprach unsere Erfahrung dem in keiner Weise.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht völlig unzufriedenstellend.

Love the Hotel Baltimore Sofitel Paris. The location is wonderful , close to so many major attractions , restaurants and bars in the 16th arr. Rooms are lovely , staff are great.

My wife and I had a mini break over three days in Paris .. we a had heavy itinerary so the Hotel was key for us as a base . Our experience with the hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal for us . The breakfast was very good and prompt . Maybe a little more information about the hotel at check in but to be fair this was a small point and we would certainly recommend and return .
