Perfect stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a perfect location, and the adjoining room was perfect for families. The breakfast is very good and the evening drinks are even better!

Excellent stay in a very clean hotel. Perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The towels were not ‘tired’ they gave me almost new towels every day. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant staff were polite, friendly and professional. The reception staff, cleaners and butlers were friendly and efficient too . The location was excellent.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for that reason the cost was not good value for the size of the room

Die Lage war Top, Personal war sehr freundlich !! :) Auch das die uns Überrascht haben mit unserem Jahrestag. ( Deko )

Cons:

Frühstück hätte ruhig breiter aufgestellt werden können. Das Bett fand ich persönlich unbequem bzw. die Matratze und das Licht im Zimmer war für mich nicht ausreichend fürs Schminken. :D Da auch im Badezimmer der Makeup Spiegel defekt war.

Excelente localização. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Café da manhã "ok" mas abaixo do esperado para um hotel neste valor.
Usar o terraço no inverno para tirar fotos da torre era um tanto "burocrático". Interruptores de luz do quarto eram estranhos, algo que nunca vi antes, e não eram intuitivos.
