Was affordable despite bkd at short notice.
The tea dispenser at breakfast, tea tasted awful. But there were tea bags also available so all good. Breakfast was very good and good choice of cereals and a cooked breakfast.
Excellent value for money.
Love a strong shower but it was just a bit too hard and almost hurt but I'm sure that it can be sorted.
Great view and staff were really helpful. Great value
Couldn't walk around the lake which was a disappointment
Good value for the money
Excellent staff
Safe parking
Good night sleep 😴
The bed was comfortable and the hotel was convenient for Frimley Park hotel.
People say the hotel was clean, some parts were very clean, but my room was covered in cobwebs, the tea tray was covered with powdered coffee/chocolate/dust, some of the towels had questionable marks on them. The person on reception that spoke with a south african accent spoke incredibly rudely to other staff members and to me when I checked in, I was surprised by her tone. My room had exposed electrical wires to the electrical sockets. The aforementioned person on reception didn't even acknowledge anything had been wrong when I checked out or when I let her know about the faulty electrical wiring, other than letting the maintenance person to know. Also questionable security, fire exit doors were left open all night that anyone could get into the corridors where the rooms were into the night.
Location, quality of the hotel, size of the room, facilities, breakfast, reasonable price for the excellent standard.
Nit-picking but a fresh pot of tea not a container. Everything else spot on.

Booking was easy after a previous experience with Booking.com.
Reception had details of my arrival and subsequent request made by me for my colleague.
food looked dangerous - place is very dated with a faulty towers vibe
Amazing location.
Absence of other guests. there were only four of us staying on a Saturday night.
This was a very last minute booking due to having to come from Leeds to the hospital. The location was great for this, plenty of car parking and easy to find
Comfy bed, friendly staff, and spacious room.
Bit run down and thin walls.
It was large with an attractive bar area
We were downstairs in the basement we could’ve upgraded to a room on the ground level, but if it was empty, why didn’t they just upgrade us anyway? Hotel seem rather dark and dingy.
Beautiful place near the lake, special atmosphere of an old club, restaurant. Breakfast was really good.Sweet and helpful personnel. Despite some inconveniences I would not mind to stay there again.
Windows and doors had holes, drafts were crazy, my room was pretty cold. Cleaning was not on the top- dust in the bathtub, no vacuum cleaning.
For the price it was very good and spotlessly clean
Group of very rowdy people chatting loudly outside until 4am - car park side. A one off I know but spoilt our one night. Will ask for Lakeview room next time
