Relaxing
Pros:

Pretty much everything based on what I needed the facility for. It was close to the event I was attending (10 minutes), it was very quiet, and I loved the rustic feel to the place. I wouldn't mind visiting again.

Cons:

My only complaint was that the internet connection was not the best, perhaps because of the distance of the room from the router. I opted to see the positive of being unable to connect, because I needed to unplug from work, I just didn't know it, so being forced to unplug turned out to be a positive.

Comfy bed and pillows. Clean

Cons:

Not really a complaint but the window only had two positions closed or open wide. Fortunately there was air conditioning. Some areas of decoration could do with a freshen up

It was perfect for what we needed it for.
Pros:

Really friendly and accommodating staff, the hotel was very quiet. The lake is lovely, the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The property is quite dated, it’s very clean though.

Great value for money and would recommend it anyone looking to stay in the area
Pros:

Location was as expected,, very nice. All staff were helpful and friendly..
The room was spotless and as a bonus had a balcony !
Meals were all freshly made and of good quality.

Great lobby but not much else.
Pros:

At first glance this hotel is wonderful, there is plenty of parking, the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, and the look and decor of the lobby is fantastic! The artwork on the walls is fantastic, especially if you look up at the ceiling! It really makes you think you're in a really nice place.

This however is where the magic ends, the room we were given was obviously quite dated, it's clearly not maintained to a high standard and cleaning is not a high priority here. There were some very obvious scuffs and markings on the walls that have been there for a while, the mirror had fingerprints on it and there were several higher areas where dust has been left to pile up. In terms of maintenance, there were several chips in doors, some kind of paint mishap on one of the walls and one of the taps was loose.

It's a shame because the bed was comfortable and the look of the lobby is really good, if they cleaned and maintained better then it would be a brilliant place to stay.
