Pros:

Everything thing.

Cons:

I had to pay £120 more than my usual £180 for 2 nights but I realise that it’s supply and demand around the Air Show or Ascot.

Pros:

Room was clean. Did what it was supposed to

Breakfast was pretty standard although missing. Abit of choice. Bit tired looking hotel but did the job.

Poor quality for the rate paid

Cons:

We had to pay extra to view the lake . The breakfast was over priced for what it was. The shower in the room didn’t work and the lights in the room didn’t all work . Nobody mentioned that part of the hotel was occupied by immigrants / refugees. Doors to balcony did not lock.

Generally good , just a few small things to improve on.
Pros:

Room was a great size . Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good.

Cons:

We had no view. There wasn't any bedside lights.
Bathroom lacked anywhere to put things.

had an assistance dog with us and was complicated process and had to argue about pet fee for a service animal!

It’s literally like something out of a horror movie … it’s creepy ,unclean and the facilities don’t work, my advice is v

Honestly nothing to like about this hotel

Cons:

It’s un clean, not as described or advertised, the hotel room had broken facilities, I got a refund and left immediately to find another hotel, it’s over priced for how poor it is. The only saving grace was I got my money back as the staff member saw for themselves how bad the room was given.

Would recommend.
Pros:

Can't fault the stay for the cost. Checking easy, room was fine, shower powerful and had a great night's sleep as rooms cool and comfy and quiet. Ate in the restaurant and the food was brilliant. Friendly staff. Had drinks at the bar and again very lovely staff and prices cheaper than expected. Loads of parking. Can't fault it for location and price.

A comfortable clean hotel in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, decent sized rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning and beautiful foyer. Lakeside views.

Cons:

It just needs a little updating, sockets were few and bathroom door didn’t close unless locking it. Small leak when showering through bath screen. Outdoors steps in need of a paint and picnic tables need attention.

Great area, great staffed thank you
Pros:

Was ok but in room 200 we kept having trouble to open the door to the balcony. It kept pulling the surround away as well, if you try to open the lock it’s we had to get a lady from the reception to bring someone down to check check force and then the next day we arrived we had to get the cleaner to open it for us and the lock doesn’t go all the way down. We didn’t realise you only had to put it down halfway to open the door which is wrong.

Trotzdem schone Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber blöderweise nur im Keller bekommen und oben im ersten Stock klappt viel schönere Ausblicke. Hab Frühstück gebucht. Bin um 8:30 Uhr runtergekommen. Hab leider keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen. Dürfte ich mir ein Pulver Kaffee aufgießen das ist der große minus das fand ich sehr schlecht ganz kleine Auswahl an Frühstück kein Käse nur Würstchen Rührei und Speck hätte ich bissle mehr erwartet
Trotz allem sehr schöne Stelle muss man bloß drauf achten, dass du kriegst ein Zimmer im ersten Stock 😜🙃

Cons:

Habe kein Kaffee mehr bekommen und das Zimmer war im keller
