Pros:

We went on a cruise.We stayed two nights.Staff was wonderful was very clean. The hidden secret is, when you come back from your cruise, you can call them. And they'll come and pick you up and let you stay until your flight. They hold your luggage. It's a very good thing for them to do.

Ideal location for Cruisers
Pros:

The location was ideal for Cruisers. It was a 20 minute ride from the airport and a 15 minute drive to the port.

Cons:

The sheets and comforter did not smell clean nor fresh! There were several hairs in the bathroom sink and shower!

Great front desk staff
Pros:

Good location. Excellent staff working at the front desk.

Cons:

It said on the booking.com website that there was free parking but when I got there I was told they don’t offer free parking.

Will not be back to this hotel, unfortunately not being able to sleep really ruined my stay

Hilton app makes checking in easy-

Cons:

Hotel was very loud, the street noise kept me up both nights. Cars and motorcycles ripping up and down the streets all evening! The parking was not working properly and I was charged even though I did not park, the room was not the cleanest.

Would definitely stay here again. Short walking distance to dinner
Pros:

The location and shuttle for a cruise was great. Loved the pool area. Breakfast was great
Staff was very friendly. The bed and pillows were great slept like a baby. Loved the shower and products

Cons:

I liked it all. I do wish there were plastic cups for the bathroom but not a bid deal
