Perfect Cruise Port Hotel
Pros:

-Friendly and helpful front desk staff
-Very comfortable bed
-Eco and animal friendly brand of toiletries
-Walking distance to cruise port. We would stay here again!
-Located in nice area and restaurants are within walking distance
-Luggage holding area if the room is not ready but you'd like to walk around prior to checking in

Cons:

-Bathroom towels are the scratchiest, roughest we've ever experienced
-Bed linens are also scratchy and rough
-Poor lighting around bathroom sink area
-Pillows are uncomfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to the cruise terminal and so good that a shuttle bus is provided.

Pros:

We went on a cruise.We stayed two nights.Staff was wonderful was very clean. The hidden secret is, when you come back from your cruise, you can call them. And they'll come and pick you up and let you stay until your flight. They hold your luggage. It's a very good thing for them to do.

Ideal location for Cruisers
Pros:

The location was ideal for Cruisers. It was a 20 minute ride from the airport and a 15 minute drive to the port.

Cons:

The sheets and comforter did not smell clean nor fresh! There were several hairs in the bathroom sink and shower!
