Will not be back to this hotel, unfortunately not being able to sleep really ruined my stay

Hilton app makes checking in easy-

Cons:

Hotel was very loud, the street noise kept me up both nights. Cars and motorcycles ripping up and down the streets all evening! The parking was not working properly and I was charged even though I did not park, the room was not the cleanest.

Would definitely stay here again. Short walking distance to dinner
Pros:

The location and shuttle for a cruise was great. Loved the pool area. Breakfast was great
Staff was very friendly. The bed and pillows were great slept like a baby. Loved the shower and products

Cons:

I liked it all. I do wish there were plastic cups for the bathroom but not a bid deal

Great cruise stay
Pros:

Great location to stay if you are going on a cruise. Great parking for the cruise. Shuttle to the port.

Pros:

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Walking distance to the Tampa Port and Florida Aquarium.

Cons:

On the 9th floor and it sounded like drag racing on the road below until the early morning hours and neighbors slamming doors all hours of the night.
