Nothing to dislike
The manager who resolved an issue very professionally and swiftly. Exceptional breakfast. Location.
Receptionist who could've dealt with our query in a more professional manner.

Everything except the size of the room. As a family room, I expected the room to be bigger
The size of the room and the sofa bed
Location just off the motorway , easy to get to Glasgow and beyond. Breakfast included a nice touch of. Pretty good choice and comfortable area to sit and enjoy.
Room a decent size with large TV and good air con .
Gym looked good also , didn't get chance to try it though.
Staff all friendly and courteous .
Bed was very firm but seemed to sleep fine.
Pillows could always be better and an extra pillow would be a luxury
Bright airy, easy access and parking.
Well at up rooms staff. Breakfast
TV was nice size
The bed was like sleeping on rocks, very uncomfortable indeed..No teaspoons, only 2 teabags. Stains on the carpet. Couldn't open a window as there weren't any to open.
Another comfortable stay. Staff helpful.
It was much more expensive on this occasion compared to in March/ April for the same facilities.
Clean, fresh, well maintained

So friendly helpful and clean went above and beyond for us will defo be back
It’s the little things that make the difference and those weren’t really present for our stay to be honest. We stayed here for 1 night because we were attending a wedding at a nearby hotel and they didn’t have any rooms left so we booked this as it was only 10 minutes away. We got back to the room late and were exhausted as we had also attended a wedding the day before so we wanted to chill out and watch the Scotland game. The TV wasn’t working. My husband is fabulous with tech and he couldn’t sort it so we soon realised to have this fixed we would have had to call down to reception and would probably have had to move room but after our two days of weddings, this was the last thing we wanted to do! So we couldn’t watch the TV in the room. For £150 for one night this isn’t great to be honest. Breakfast was also a bit of a shambles. My husband and I ended up eating our breakfasts separately because he went up first and by the time I went up to get mine, I had to wait for more food to come out. I had already popped eggs and beans on my plate and had to wait over 5 minutes for sausages or bacon to be put out. There were 5 or 6 other people gathered waiting too and it was hot and uncomfortable. My food was then cold by the time the sausages and bacon came out. The receptionist asked how our stay was and when my husband brought up the TV she instantly blamed a potential fuse outside the room which wasn’t what caused the TV issue and instead of potentially offering some kind of goodwill, she sent us on our way. Like I said, for £150 for 1 night we would have expected a better breakfast service and a working TV. Wouldn’t book this hotel again.
