A clean, friendly place to stay with good facilities, let down by the menu.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Bar/Reception staff were always friendly although over stretched at times.

Cons:

I thought the evening menu was severely limited in choices.
The freeze dried coffee in the room was awful, a small pod coffee machine would cost virtually nothing and improve the coffee options.
The toilet roll holders in the rooms are badly designed, forcing you to hold the lid up for the paper to be pulled off the spool.

Very open bar and restaurant area, not particularly cosy and no soft furnishings to absorb any noise so the chatter even at breakfast was loud.

Large group had a great time. Something ‘to do’ would have been great

Friendly staff (except the 1 who kept telling juniors ‘not to run’)
Nice to ‘run the track’ - you should market that

Wir waren 2 Wochen lang quer durch England / Schottland unterwegs - dieses Hotel war das Beste! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und auch generell war das Personal durchgehend äußerst freundlich und absolut zuvorkommend! Das Zimmer war wunderschön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, alles war sauber und das Zimmer hatte eine ordentliche Größe. Das Bad hat uns auch gut gefallen, richtig groß und sauber. Das Frühstück hatte eine tolle und große Auswahl. Alles sehr lecker! Ich war vorher noch nie in dieser Hotelkette, muss aber sagen, ich bin ein Fan geworden!
