really need to stop advertising breakfast. every day I stayed the breakfast items were very limited. I got to breakfast
early enough to find multiple items were in short supply.
One day housekeeping made 1 of the two beds.
I found a face cloth, that my people did not use, between the sheets.
Makes me think the sheets from one rental party to next don't get changed or cleaned.
Close to everything and was very clean and friendly staff
The breakfast was a little confusing
Yes
We liked the room! The bathroom is really nice and its very convenient to have a kitchenette. The room also had black out curtains, which were very helpful to allow us to sleep in comfortably.
The only things we didn't like are there were lots of stains on our carpets and the comforter/bed spread was messy and weird.
Spacious room. Excellent location for our needs.
Checking in was slow. They didn’t know if we had paid (we had). Ended up checking someone else in ahead of us. Breakfast ok but nothing special.
Great!
It was nice, breakfast was excellent, staff was amazing, the pool was great. It was really good to know they allow pets for our future visits. And my children loved the cookies!
Our AC was a little messed up. But the staff came up to fix it right after I told them about it and they got it working great! And they even remembered us the next morning and checked with us to be sure the AC worked properly all night.
Here’s my honest review- 3 stars
We’ve stayed here in the past but this time we didn’t think it was as clean as before. The carpets were matted and sticky in the rooms. The smell of dog was sooooooo intense in the room and hallways. That’s usually what you get when you stay at pet friendly hotels. In the evening, the outside smells like dog poop.
They should have a designated floor for pets and the rest of the hotel for non pet rooms, because the mattress and pillows reeked of dog pee too. We usually stay at Home2 in every town we visit. But this one hit different in terms of cleanliness and smell.
The people who work there are super friendly and nice.
Location was great and staff was friendly.
The people staying above us stomped around late at night and pretty early in the morning. Didn’t receive a very restful night few nights but other than that everything else was good.
I booked a two-night stay at Home2Suites (6/30–7/1) via Hotels.com, but canceled on 7/1 expecting to be charged for the first night only, as per Hilton's policy. Despite the hotel manager assuring me that only the first night would be charged, I received no refund at all.
Hotels.com's customer service mishandled the cancellation—accidentally converting it into a one-night rebooking and Hilton ultimately labeling it a no-show. The communication between Hilton and Hotels.com was opaque and ineffective, leaving me stuck in the middle with no resolution.
This experience exposed how poorly third-party platforms like Hotels.com handle issues with major hotel chains like Hilton. I won’t be booking Hilton properties through Hotels.com again.
Love staying here, great breakfast.
Terrible WiFi unfortunately
