We were upgraded to Suite room and it was amazing! Very spacious, wish I could book suite every time staying in hotel. We take advantage of the dining room, we dine in.
Always wonderful stay at Aryaduta Bandung, The check in was smooth assisted by Dini. Hopefully next visit the jacuzzi available.

The front desk is really helpful. We arrived early with an elderly parent and they helped us with early check in to make sure that we can rest better

Wer eine Rechnung braucht und über booking bezahlt, hat ein Problem. Es hat mich fünf lange Diskussionen gekostet, bis mir schließlich der Manager persönlich eine Rechnung gedruckt hat. Am meisten hat mich dabei genervt, dass ich vorher dreimal die Antwort bekommen, dass sie das mit booking klären würden, weil sie mir keine Rechnung ausstellen könnten. Das stellte sich jedoch als reine Abwimmeltaktik heraus; beim nächsten Mal wusste man jeweils wieder nichts davon.

Very nice experience. With the hospitality of Ms. Dini who arranged our rooms to be connecting one to another. She is very nice in explaining the entire details. The location of the hotel is very strategic which allows you to do all sightseeing activity easily. Overall, Aryaduta Bandung is one of the best hotel I know. Will surely return to this hotel in the future

Location is very strategic, resto and café surrounding. The elegant vibes, even the hotel (is mature), but for the services, cleanliness is very good.
