We were so impressed with this property and the duty of care provided by the staff.
Firstly, we made a mistake with our Expedia booking - the manager without any hesitation changed the day for us.
Secondly, we had some difficulty with missing equipment, and the manager helped us to sort this without any problem.
Thirdly, the robot in the restaurant is a hoot!

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über die Stadt. Guter Service und sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen und Frühstück waren ebenfalls sehr gut.

Pros:

Als wir nach langer Reise um 19.45 Uhr hier ankamen und was zum Essen haben wollten, hieß es: Die Küche hat schon geschlossen. Als wir um 21 Uhr auf der wirklich schönen Terrasse saßen um noch ein Bier zu trinken hieß es: Letzte Bestellungen. Vielleicht könnte man hier nachbessern. Ansonsten: Schöne ruhige Lage!

駅からは10分強ですが、ホテルまではゆるやかな坂道が400m程度続きます。荷物もあったので、行きはかなりきつかったです。
時間によっては、ドイツ語しか通じないスタッフだけのことがありました。親切なお客さんが通訳をしてくれました。
朝食は、1人の宿泊に対し、ハムとチーズの盛合せが、それぞれ5切れずつ出て来ました。朝食は通常はさほど取らないので、その盛合せだけでおなかいっぱいになりました。それぞれ十分な品質のものでした。

Pros:

Het is allemaal gedateerd maar netjes en schoon. Boven op de berg, met uitzicht op het terras over Alfeld. Keuken is prima.

Einchecken sollte ab 16h sein, ab 16h ist aber keiner mehr an der Rezeption & andere Restaurantmitarbeiter wissen nicht genau bis gar nicht über den Ablauf bescheid.
Auch sonst nur 1x jemanden an der Rezeption gesehen.
Personal an der Rezeption eher patzig...
Ab 3-4h nachts ist auf den Fluren jede Menge los, ab ca 6h riecht die Küche stark bis ins Zimmer - ich wurde insgesamt zu oft wach!
Zimmer sauber, tolle Bettwäsche.
Der "Balkon" ist in Wirklichkeit eine große Terrasse & nur mit einem Seil ist die Abtrennung zu den anderen Zimmern da.
Das empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm!!
Ausblick auf Alfeld prinzipiell schön.
Küche roch immer gut, habe aber dort nie gegessen, also kann ich es nicht beurteilen.
Alles in Allem: okay, aber nicht für den Preis!!

Das Hotel bietet mit seiner Berglage einen hervorragenden Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstück sowie die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter waren hervorragend. Positiv der mehr als ausreichende, kostenlose Parkplatz.
Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und gemütlich.
