144 € für ein sehr einfaches, dunkles DZ sind definitiv zu viel. Personal auch nur Durchschnitt von der Freundlichkeit her. Wir gehen nicht mehr dorthin

The owner/manager was very helpful. The Lady in charge of the dining room was very friendly and helpful. Our family highly recommends the hotel and its apartments as we stayed in both.

Amazing location with great mountain views. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities. And the prices were great.

Leider der schlechte Zimmer was es gab, das Zimmer war in Keller der Fenster war halb bedeckt mit dem Mauer von Garage so könnten wir nichts draußen sehen (hab Fotos gemacht zum beweisen), in der erste Nacht war richting kalt haben wir versucht denn Heizung an zumachen ging nicht, (fast jeder nacht war zwischen 1und 2 Grad draußen) Zimmer hat gerochen als jemand drinnen längere Zeit geraucht hat, beim Check-in hat man kein Bezug Person alles ist digitalisiert für jeder Problem müsste man der Besitzer anrufen. Personal sparen.
Es gibt kein Restaurant mehr obwohl auf Expedia etwas anderes steht. Meine Meinung ist denn Preis überteuert und für mich das ist kein Hotel sonder ein Pension.

Overall the stay was below average, we stayed in apartment 7. Finding it wasnt the easiest as when you turn up at the main hotel there are signposts for all the rooms and apartments apart from the ones we needed. On going inside the reception area there was a tv with a photo on so thats how we found it up the road.

The apartment had everything you needed pretty much but was just a bit tired and old. Felt more like your own home where a 'that'll do', attitude is used instead of place your paying to stay ie wires in a snakes wedding behind the t.v, shower was generally clean but had gunk in the cracks and we didnt use the kitchen utensils as they looked a bit manky too.

The apartment was right at the top with no lift which was ok for us but might be a problem for older people wanting to stay as dragging the bags up the flights of stairs wont be fun. A fan would be a useful addition for the room too as was really warm.

There were washing/dryer facilities too but you need 14, 50 cents (7 for each) for a full wash which also made that pretty unusable.

Location was pretty decent and was great having a balcony to sit on, ours didnt have a light but next door did though which was also a bit annoying as had to use the light from the bedroom through the window.

For the price I paid I was pretty disappointed compared to a previous similar stay. As for my apartment, I wouldnt really recommend this place but the others might be in better conditions.

Check in is a mess, the address you are given is not where you stay, no one there to help. Slow internet, no coffee in room, no where near worth the cost.

Das Zimmer war sehr staubig und voll mit Spinnen- & Staubweben. Es wirkte, als wäre das Zimmer seit einer Weile nicht bewohnt worden. Zu allem Überfluss haben wir auch überall dunkle Haare gefunden (sogar im Bett).
Die Lage, das Frühstück und das Personal waren dagegen ok.

Exceptional digital check-in experience. I've stayed in many hotels in my life but this one is different - in a very cool way. There's a room with board games to chill out in the evening and if you fancy a drink there's a vending machine with local beer. All in all - very cool, local experience.

It is NOT A HOTEL! Rather it is several separate letting houses several hundred metres apart. Rooms are small and have been subdivided. Walls are NOT SOUND PROOF. Crying babies with families either side of us. Drunken road workers partying over the road during the evening. By a busy main road.
DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!!

I stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very big and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Is 5 munutes by car from berchtesgaden. So I think you should have a car to be there, otherwise is better to stay in berchtesgaden.

Awesome Place, beautiful area, great amenities, close to Königssee Lake.

Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Die Straße hat sich leider als extrem laut erwiesen.Das Personal beim Frühstcük und Checkout war sehr höflich.
Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein müssen. Fettflecken am Spiegel waren bereits am Ankunftstag zu sehen, bei Abreise eine Woche später waren diese immer noch da.Staub auf Steckdosen und Handtuchhalter im Bad. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt (dies kann man auch trotz Corona-auflagen besser durchführen).
Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist inakzebtabel.

Con menos de 24h y teniendo hecha la reserva con 5meses de antemano nos indican que esta lleno, las toallas ni las cambian y nadie en recepción, no reponen gel y limpieza mala
