Shower is a bit awkward, it leaks on to the floor which is dangerous.

Didnt like food and equipment
Room is comfortable and luxurious. Clean and with good facilities.
We arrived early morning but the night stay were really friendly and professional. The check-in was seamless. We much appreciated the offer of a 1pm late check out.
Our room #1333 was extremely noisy starting at around 6am. The noise was coming through our wall but not sure exactly was causing the disturbance. Possibly laundry carts being pushed around next to our room or prehaps the lift shaft. Other than the room noise we enjoyed our stay.

Central location and could walk to the Botanical Gardens and orchid garden

TV was not buffering in both rooms I stayed in. I had a bad squid ring in the lobby bar.
