Pool a little small and was disturbed by noise from room next door; but overall a very nice hotel.
From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a smart gentleman in red, we felt welcome at the Orchard Hotel. Naveen at the reception desk was particularly helpful with signing in and organising our activities for the next day
The hotel is fairly well located.
We were given an absolutely filthy room, even after paying to upgrade the room. The room had filthy carpet stains all over the entire carpet, and the walls were dripping in something gross and filthy. It was an absolutely unacceptable state. And the window was a very tiny prison lake window. It a shocking poor. I definitely would not stay here again.
