was not good value for the amount paid for the room .
Pros:

location was close to under ground station and many restaurants and shopping centres .

Cons:

Paid extra for lounge access and not good value for the money paid .Also the room is needing to refreshed as outdated .

Voor een kort verblijf in Singapore een uitstekend hotel.
Pros:

Het personeel is top. Erg fijn is complementary lounge van 2 tot 4 en in de avond van 18 tot 20 uur een hapje en een drankje. Top geregeld en georganiseerd. Helaas zijn we de naam kwijt van het persoon.

Cons:

Het is een prima hotel maar je ziet wel dat het gedateerd is.

Cons:

Some staff are looking down on Asian. I saw the the difference between Philippina and myself. I noticed the difference how I was treated ( very nice and respectful) and my wife you can say unfriendly. Most of the staff were OK and helpful. Some senior staff members were eager to get a positive feedback.

It did the job
Pros:

The hotel is in a quite nice location, swimming pool is OK and the breakfast is good. Size of the room is OK.

Cons:

The hotel is quite outdated, they have issues with water / leakages and it is fixed with a bit of paint. This is of course not a long-term solution. Feedback was not taken seriously.
