Beautiful boutique hotel, each room, and communal parts of the hotel were equally beautifully designed, and opulent. Hospitality was incredibly welcoming, and food and drink facilities on site were excellent. The courtyard running through the middle of the house, plus a lovely roof terrace, added to the ambience of the property. Truly a wonderful stay, in a stunning property and very well looked after. It f Triana Boutique House had a chain of properties worldwide, holidays would always be fabulous.

The decor was delightful, the room so beautifully arranged and presented, that we felt like we were in a fantasy jewel box. Staff were welcoming and warm and the whole experience was a trip highlight.

Boutique Hotel Triana House is a hidden gem, not located in the touristy area, but very close to charming local businesses and the lovely river views. We really enjoyed our large, private terrace with water feature and comfortable seating. The room was small, but well equipped. To get the most pleasurable experience from the room, you really need to spend time on the large terrace. We loved having morning coffee there, while planning our day's activities, and at the end of the day, we immediately gravitated to the terrace to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. The decor details in the room, and throughout the hotel, were unique and beautiful. Reception staff was very nice and very helpful, going above and beyond to provide helpful information. We had an exceptional holiday experience and would happily return!

Really lovely interiors . Our room was very comfortable and perfect for our needs.we loved Triana with its bars and river views. Just a walk over the bridge and you are right in the Santa Cruz district.

The property was very unique, beautifully decorated. The room had everything you needed and was spotless. The location for us worked well. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is the most beautiful hotel in terms of the decor. My room was magnificent with the walls covered in typical Seville tiles. All the public areas, including the reception area, the breakfast room, the bar, and even the lift are exquisite. The staff went out of their way to help and gave me wonderful suggestions for restaurants. The hotel is located in the charming and very authentic area of Triana, just across the river from most of the major sights and within easy walking distance. There are lovely Tapas bars and a great flamenco show very close to the hotel.
