Bel emplacement pour accéder au Vatican , dans un quartier très sûr
Pros:

Très facile d'accès en bus navette depuis l'aéroport de Fuimicino , lits très confortables , chambres propres , personnel d'accueil et de ménage très agréable . Notre petit déjeuner a été décentralisé à l'hôtel Atlante Stars à 2 minutes à pied , mais nous y avons gagné au change , hôtel plus haut de Gamme et avec un restaurant panoramique pour le petit déj exceptionnel , tant sur la qualité des produits qu'une vue magnifique sur la ville.

Cons:

Pas grand chose , l'hôtel est bien placé par rapport au Vatican et donc un peu excentré pour le reste . Même si nous avons apprécié , nous aurions préféré être avertis avant de ne plus pouvoir annuler , le changement du lieu du petit déjeuner , mais encore une fois le site de remplacement était meilleur

Quite good location, we walked a lot, both the Vatican and the river were close enough. The bed was comfortable and, after all, that's the most important thing in a hotel... The view from the roof terrace of the other hotel is amazing.

Cons:

The hotel is much more outdated than it seems on the photos and would not call it a 4 star hotel. Many times there was not enough hot water or some electrical sockets did not work. There is only 1 very small elevator in the hotel, max. 2 people with luggage or 3 without. We didn't know in advance that breakfast is served in the other hotel, 3 minutes by walk. Not a problem in itself, but it would have been nice to know. Breakfast was nice, with lots of choice, but the staff was always in a hurry and sometimes rude when we asked for coffee... Coffee is served upon order, real, nice Italian coffee, but if it's organised like that, staff should not be offended when a guest asks for coffee. That's the last thing I as a paying guest would expect.

Excellent location and fancy room
Pros:

Great location, easy to reach Vatican by foot, fancy room with big balcony and view to Vatican dome. Really did not expect that, very satisfied. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Cons:

If I shall name something, bathroom door shall be repaired, small mechanical failure, but that is nothing that could spoil my vacation.

Buena pero con disconfort

El desayuno excelente y el personal de restaurante muy atentas y eficienrtes

Cons:

No se nos aviso que el hotel esta en obras, el acceso al as censor es al primer piso hay que subir por la esacalera con las maletas, yo no tengo problemas, pero gente con dificultad de movilidad tiene dificultad para acceder a las habitaciones.
El desayuno muy bien pero es en otro hotel a dos manzanas, con unas vistas magnificas.
El hotel no tiene servicios para el publico ni sala para esperar.
El recepcionta trabaja muchas horas en un espacio reducido que no le permite atender correctamente a la gente se aprecia cierto agobio.
El espacio tambien es muy reducido para los clientes.
Es el rellano de la escalera en la planta baja.

Struttura in una posizione molto comoda e vicina alla Città del Vaticano ed altre attrazioni turistiche.

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia in generale.

Purtroppo c’erano altri turisti molto rumorosi che non rispettavano le regole, il personale comunque ha fatto il massimo per risolvere la situazione.

Nos gusto la comodidad, el bar, y el servicio por parte del personal que fue excelente. Las vistas a San Pedro insuperables.

Cons:

Que en la página web viene una hora de desayuno y luego aplican otra y el segundo día llegamos dentro de la hora de la página web y nos dijeron que estaba cerrado y no nos dieron de desayunar. No estuvo bien.

Le petit déjeuner offrait un large choix, toujours fournit et très propre.
Les chambres sont spacieux ainsi que la salle de bain. Le personnel était serviable et souriant
