Astor Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful week getaway at the Astor Hotel in Frosinone . From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel special with my stay.
The room itself was spotless, having all what I need. The location was perfect, placing me within walking distance of several great restaurants and attractions.
The meal was delicious at the restaurant, the waiter was very professional and kind with me.
In general the staff was wonderful, they help me a lot during my stay thanks that some of them speak more than one language, that's a plus. I would like to give special recognition to Francheska from the reception that she really help all the time and she was able to clear up every doubt I had without any hesitation.
Overall, I highly recommend for a pleasant and memorable experience!

Tutto ok

Det är ett ganska slitet hotell och det ligger långt från t.ex. butiker och restauranger. Personalen är trevlig och hotellets restaurang är bra.

Hotel antigo, porem bem conservado. Bom atendimento, e localização conve niente.

The staff was really nice and responsive. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The restaurant was nice and food was delicious. The hotel is a little dated but still very nice overall for the cost.

As noted by every other reviewer, the hotel might benefit from an update. But it is also possible the 80s vibe is completely intentional and something they are happy to keep!
Every person from the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean, and I was very happy to find they had blackout blinds.
The bathroom was not entirely comfortable due to the odd arrangement of the fixtures, plus the lighting was not ideal, and the water temperature in the shower could have been higher, but I overall it was perfectly adequate for a short stay (and for the price).
Another negative was the fact there were only a couple of vegan items available at the breakfast buffet, and they had ran out of the vegan croissant. I did not find any dairy free milk or yogurt, though I am sure the staff would have provided it if I had asked.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Even though the looks of the hotel are not exactly modern, it was clean, fairly comfortable, and the staff was great.

Hotel molto vecchio.
Ristorante scusatemi il termine ma ridicolo, con un menu da casa di riposo, non si possono servire tortellini panna e prosiutto con piselli come primo.
In ogni caso la scelta era sempre scarsa su due primi e due secondi, "MISERI" e presentati come una cazzuolata di calce in un piatto.
Dipendenti cortesi e gentili, questo va detto per dar merito a delle persone che lavorano con il sorriso in un ambiente deprimente

Staff was very friendly and attentive. As many hotels in Italy, that at one time they were filled with tourists, business meetings, and events , that has changed. The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!

Posizione buona nella parte bassa di Frosinone, ottima l'opzione del parcheggio gratuito.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile a venirci incontro alle nostre richieste.
Le camere sono standard, silenziose e confortevoli.
Colazione nella media con un giusto equilibrio tra dolce e salato.

Dated hotel with some charming and well-meaning staff. Breakfast is standard. They would have charged $99 without breakfast for an expedia price of $78 with breakfast. That tells me they're not in tune with the reality of the situation, neither their quality in comparison with other places, nor their value. Actually for this rather average, dated hotel, I think $78 was about right given the the conditions and location.

Struttura vecchia, necessita di ristrutturazione, colazione buona con torte fatte in casa.

Struttura un po' datata letto comodo tutto pulito e ordinato parcheggio interno comodissimo visto che viaggio con un furgoncino colazione buona e varia prezzo qualità ottimo

Hotel equilibrato. Personale eccellente.

Emilio and his staff were so kind and caring. Made sure I was always taken care of.
