I am a loyal Hilton user in the Hilton Honors program. That’s why we stayed at this hotel. But the experience was awful.
Pros:

Near the location of our event.

Cons:

O toilet paper in room, in shower the shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers were empty, room was clean but there was some hair on the floor from previous guest, and worst of all, I left a wake-up call with the front desk, but no one called us and we rushed to make our flight. The reason I left a wake-up call at the front desk was because the automated wake-up system was confusing to use.

Comfortable rooms and great breakfast
Pros:

Spacious room. Great breakfast. Workout room and pool.

Cons:

Needed a room to accommodate mother-in-law, but we had to go all the way to the end of the hall for the suites.

Fine. The rooms are updated and a nice size; however, I wish the toiletries were stocked.

Location and suite style rooms.

Cons:

No body wash, lotion, or conditioner provided. The mounting hardware for the bottles were left in the shower, but only shampoo was stocked. Housekeeping tidied the room, but threw away the bar of soap I was using at the bathroom sink, so I didn’t have any had soap for the second night. Had to request these items at the front desk.
