My experience at StayPineapple was absolutely amazing. All the aesthetics, staff ( Jaime ) the beds ( comfy ) were top tier. There are many hotels in SF and this is at the top of my list.

What a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location.
Stunning decor from top to bottom and immaculately clean.
Really thoughtful touches like robes, pineapple water and even pineapple biscuits in the afternoons!
The staff were all exceptional, especially Brian and Yesha.
This won’t be our last visit.

We stayed one night at this hotel. I'm afraid it was a bit of a mixed bag.
Pros: Really beautifully decorated lobby and room. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly, welcoming staff.
Cons: A lot of street noise, and the A/C unit made a loud buzzing noise every few hours. Room was small. Bathroom smelled musty and there were no hooks anywhere to hang towels or a toiletry bag. They gave us 1 complimentary water bottle, but there were 2 of us (noted on the reservation), so 2 bottles would have been nice. The additional amenity fee REALLY irritates me....charging an additional fee for things like wifi, in room coffee and tea, a water bottle and housekeeping is absurd as these are basic amenities that are usually included at other hotels. I was also shocked that housekeeping is only offered every other day. It didn't affect us as we were just there one night, but come on management - TBH it looks cheap to do that!! In light of all of the above, I regret I can't recommend this hotel, unless you're just staying for 1 night as we did.

It was an amazing stay, the service was really nice, and I really found the pineapple theme really cute and cozy. Special shoutout to Yesha and Brian for their service.

Clean, comfortable and good location.

Staypineapple San Francisco is the best hotel we have stayed in San Francisco. Terry and Yesha was very warm and welcoming and very friendly and made us feel at hole. After a long day of traveling we were so tired but we were greeted with their smile and friendliness we instantly felt at home. The room was very very clean and organized. The complementary water and bottle was topnotch. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Such a great stay! The location of this hotel is fantastic. The staff is so friendly. The housekeeping was so kind and so was the desk staff. Jaime gave us the best recommendations for exploring different neighborhoods.

Great hotel, in good location.. 5mins walk from union square and all shops / restaurants and transport to all the great attractions within this amazing City.

Rooms are small but perfect for your needs. Have tea / coffee, iron and iron board. Lovely hot shower. Fresh linen and towels.

I would recommend you stay at the Pineapple hotel.
