Bed and pillows were perfect. Decor and furnishing of room was unique, high-end. Double sink in bathroom was a great surprise. Check out at noon rather than the usual 11:00. Baggage check. Staff at front desk were friendly and professional. The lobby is spacious and has interesting art and sculpture with lots of comfy seating areas.
The "European" down comforter system with two different sizes. Wish we could have stayed longer. Too bad the bar is closed.
Super comfortable beds and loved the recyclable water bottles provided. We also appreciated the welcome drink.
The hoitel is situated close to Union Square, which was very handy and safe during daylight, but the area felt a little sketchy at night. So I would just suggest you take a rideshare if getting back to the hotel after dark.
I stayed for four nights while attending a work conference. The room was super clean upon arrival and I appreciated the premium bedding, towels, and robes. I had multiple interactions with the hotel staff and they were exceptional.
Yes the neighborhood is sketchy but I had no problems coming and going just by using common sense. There is a good taco place across the street and a decent bodega two blocks east which has essentials. The hotel is located in an area with plenty of scooters, Ubers, and Waymos.
Booked this as part of our honeymoon road trip of USA, starting in San Fran. Location was great and easy to get to if using the BART line from airport. Location itself is good, near to union square, many people will comment on it being close to tenderloin and homeless / drug users about.. yes this is correct but it’s a street away and we had 0 issues while we were there, don’t let that put you off. Hotel itself is clean and really well presented, rooms are on the smaller side but not much of an issue unless you plan to spend your entire vacation in there. We let them know ahead of time it was our honeymoon and had a bottle of wine given to us, and some balloons in our room. Beds are really comfy and showers are good. Overall 5/5 stay. Staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.
Minor issue with our aircon but it was rectified quickly.
Awesome services. Thank you Yesha and Brian for everything. Recommend
Always kind and helpful stays. Yeah and other team members are professional and friendly. We’ve been here a couple of times and it’s been great
From the warm welcome when walking in the door late in the evening to check in up through checking out, our stay at StayPinepple San Francisco was wonderful!! The bedding is super comfortable and our room was very clean!!
Every staff member we met was so helpful, friendly and kind!! We will definitely stay here again!!! Many thanks to the great team that you have in San Francisco!!
Everything! Location cleanliness and staff!
Had an issue with its timing and Arnold at the front desk helped me out beautifully
The staffs were really nice! They were able to accommodate me for my requests.
Their lobby was also fancy.
It was smaller than I could imagine but since it is dt probably it's all like this.
Great service, terry and Natalia very helpful ! Felt very welcoming would stay here again !
Natalie and terry were very helpful and warm welcoming great service 10/10!
Arnold was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth and easy. His excellent customer service made us feel welcome right away. Thank you, Arnold, for making our experience so pleasant. Highly recommend!
équipes cordiales très accueillantes
rien à signaler
Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the location was excellent.
Double duvet was cool and new to us. Shower pressure and temperature is perfect. Staff was very helpful and responsive to requests.
Issue after issue. First noticed the refrigerator was not working. Staff replaced quickly.
Then shower wasn't draining. Again staff fixed next day, but caulk was used rather than grout so it cracked and washed away immediately. Still drained fine tho. However the exhaust fan also wasn't working and the slope was bad so the room also flooded after each shower. Didn't bother trying to get this fixed.
The first night I couldn't sleep with the road noise. I'm used to this from NYC, but this was crazy loud. Turned out my bathroom window was open (probably for exhaust). This solved 50% of the issue, however the glass near my side of the bed was missing the outside pane and wasn't shut all the way either. I couldn't close these because it seems the building has shifted or the window was jammed at an angle. Dealt with this just by having the TV playing white noise all night
Room is also quite small and the entry door is poorly sealed.
