Todo estaba relativamente bien, pero la cafetera no servia, y el lavabo estaba tapado, ademas de que hacia mucho frio en la habitación, me e quedado en este hotel anteriormente y todo bien, espero que solo haya sido tema de una vez. Sin embargo todo el personal nos ayudo con mucha disposición.

Pros:

La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama es riquísima, el baño tiene mucha presión, la comoda del restaurante es muy rica y bastante, el hotel está muy limpio.

Cons:

Lo malo es que los ruidos de otros cuartos se escuchan y empiezan desde antes de las 7 de la mañana, nos tocaron cohetes por alguna festividad y comenzaron desde las 06:00 a.m.
El personal no es grosero, pero no están al pendiente de ti, llegas, te registras, no llevan tus maletas al cuarto y no están al pendiente de ti.

El hotel es muy bonito, sus instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y el personal fue muy amable. Nos gustaría a futuro regresar. Recomendado.

Limpio pero staff no muy amigable
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza aunque podría estar mejor . Las paredes de los baños tienen embarrado pasta de dientes vieja y sucia la pared por el bote de basura junto a la taza del baño.

Cons:

La recepcionista que nos recibió mala actitud , nada amigable . Nos dió una habitación de abajo y le pedí una de arriba, pero me comentó que no había espacio por ocupación. Sin embargo, llegaron después unos amigos que reservaron el mismo día que yo y les dieron las dos habitaciones arriba . Pues no que no había ? Incluso le dije a la recepcionista que su actitud no era buena.
En general el staff cero amigable ! Solo con la excepción de José el chofer.
Incluso la recepcionista se notó poco flexible para el transporte y que nos llevaran al centro . Le pedimos un poco más de tiempo y tajante nos dijo que no, y no había nadie más esperando sino solo era para llevarnos a nosotros .
