Cuando reservamos por booking no se nos informo de la fianza de nada menos de 700$ por nuestra estancia de 3 noches y dos habitaciones. Desde luego no me parecio bien, y no tuvimos ninguna opcion. No volveria a este hotel ni lo recomendaria en absoluto. Es la primera vez que me pasa en esta plataforma y me pensare volver a utilizarla.

It’s fairly good since the location is close to union square.

Cons:

Main thing that I didn’t like is the staff at the reception. Day 1 I was welcomed very nicely. But during my stay not even water bottle was provided in the room. When I checked in the reception they were boorish and two days reluctantly gave me water bottle but last Friday the staff working mentioned that no water bottle will be given or provided in the room and I have to buy from their market place. Please coordinate and train your staff properly. Customers who pay 1000’s can easily buy water if they need to, if that being the hotel policy. On the welcome day you give water and some days cleaning people leave bottles. It’s so confusing. Without water how to make ones coffee. Be consistent in what you can provide or not.

Lo que NO me gusto fue haber reservado antes en la porqueria del Excecutive Oakland Airport hotel, ese si era un basurero, sucio, peligroso, apestoso y no me regresaron las 4 noches que no utilice. PORQUERIA DE HOTEL

Pros:

L'emplacement central près de Union Square. Chambre confortable. Personnel acceuillant.

Cons:

Nous sommes probablement mal tombés, mais la première nuit a été bruyante du fait de la présence d'un groupe de plusieurs dizaines de jeunes étudiants dans l'hôtel, quant à la seconde nuit, il y a sur l'arrière de l'hôtel un établissement de nuit qui nous a gratifié pendant plusieurs heures d'une musique et d'un karaoké TRES bruyants...
Petit déjeuner qualitatif, mais plutôt cher compte tenu des quantités servies.

Pros:

The room(s) were very nice. The beds were actually rather comfortable for hotel beds. The location of the hotel was perfect for the itinerary we had during our stay in SF. Upon arrival the room was clean, nothing to report there. My only suggestion is to have fans in the bathroom(s).

Cons:

I would have liked to have an ice machine to be closer. Having the ice machine in the basement was a little inconvenient, but understandable give the age/layout of the building. I would have like to see a continental breakfast provided to guest in the morning. Since our stay was over the weekend, perhaps this is something provided during the weekdays. Lastly I think the cost of overnight parking is too high. I think a more reasonable price would be between 40 - 50 dollars.
