Fantastic and will definitely go back to Flemings
Pros:

location is excellent and the buffet breakfast was ample. The hotel is nicely decorated but it was the staff that made the biggest difference. Fantastic

Cons:

in common with a number of London hotels, the underground could be heard from our room, so very light sleepers could be affected. Not a criticism, just a reality

A beautiful hotel in stunning Mayfair.
Pros:

The warm welcome, the room was calm, comfortable and spotless. The hotel has an understated luxury feel you hope for in Mayfair but it's not stuffy or pretentious at all. Great location for the theatres, restaurants (Ormer in the hotel is absolutely phenomenal) and just having a wander around. Would definitely return.

Cons:

It's a shame that we could not get drinks in the bar later in the evening.

Pros:

Excellent team of people from the front desk to the dining room . Special mention for the breakfast staff and the outstanding English breakfast they served ! Poached eggs perfection on a plate .
