We booked via Hilton and got a great deal. The room was ready early and we were upgraded which was excellent. Reception staff were very welcoming and concierge staff extremely helpful.
The room was beautiful. Absolutely immaculate. The only thing was we were at the front of the hotel and it had secondary glazing so we could hear traffic noise. It didn’t bother us but if you like a quiet room then it might be helpful to ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Totally understand the windows were in keeping with the history of the building so to double or triple glaze these would be sacrilege.
We had room service breakfast and what a treat! All the food arrived 15 minutes after ordering, freshly cooked and piping hot. It was delicious.
We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Its proximity to the centre of London’s big landmarks is second to none and we cannot wait to return.

This hotel is really exceptional.
I am in the hotel business so my expectations are high and they exceeded all of them. Impeccably clean with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms complete with heated floors and heated towel racks. The staff was wonderful especially Mr. Zarrar, the Reception Manager, who really extended himself and his hospitality. I will definitely return
The location is within walking distance of the West End. The atmosphere is of an a family home (upmarket) of more than a century ago. My room was medium sized with a generous sizes bathroom, with an excellent shower.
Every place was clean. No street noise. Service was very good, with helpful and willing staff.
Excellent stay and experience at Flemings. The whole place is impeccably laid out, decorated and staffed. Room was absolutely lovely and perfect for a London getaway. Manetta's Bar was a fantastic discovery and worth many a repeat visit whether one is a guest or not and a wonderful cocktail list. Ormer restaurant lived up to the reviews and billing and a superb experience.

Flemings Hotel Mayfair is a first class hotel and located perfectly for a London stay. Staff are attentive and welcoming, especially Colin (Director Marketing), reception, front office and breakfast staff. Dining in Ormer was excellent, the atmospheric bar is fun and all rooms are exceptional with quality appointments throughout. Excellent stay and wonderful memories.
The service was excellent, also the breakfast. Maybe better french baguette could improve it.
The location is fabulous.
I was very comfortable with the hotel, but the ground-floor room had noticeable vibration during the day, possibly from the Underground. Additionally, the bed seemed to be a queen one. Next day a talked with a very nice and competent manager who moved me to another room, with no noise and a king bed. I cannot remember his name, possibly Mohammed.
Flemings never disappoints. I've already stayed there at least four times during the past 8 years and it has always been consistently excelent in all aspects (I would personally appreciate a bigger gym)

We stayed here for four nights and everything was great, specially, the attention that Ayyaz gave us. Location is very good and everything is very comfortable. They make sure you have a good stay.
While the condition of the hotel was fine, service was well below expectations. Having read multiple reviews prior to booking, I thought we would receive great service, but instead found it to be well short of what we’ve experienced in other similarly priced boutique hotels. The staff was friendly, however not helpful. Worst of all the concierge seemed bothered when seeking assistance regarding train service from London to Southampton. Overall, it’s a nice hotel in a decent location, but didn’t yield a memorable experience. We’ll stay somewhere else next time we’re in London.
