Βολική και ήσυχη τοποθεσία
Πολύ ακριβό για αυτό που πραγματικά είναι. Το χειρότερο ήταν η υπηρεσία του πάρκινγκ που προσφέρουν, με χρέωση 90€/μέρα. Μας χτύπησαν το αμάξι χωρίς να το παραδεχτούν ποτέ. Με το που παραλάβαμε το αμάξι, το είπαμε αμέσως στον παρκαδόρο. Ο άνθρωπος κοκκίνισε και είπε θα το αναφέρει άμεσα . Στέλνοντας email για να διευκρινίσει η κατάσταση, η απάντηση τους ήταν οριακά εριστική, βγάζοντας κάθε ευθύνη από πάνω τους. Με το που μπαίνεις μέσα , σου βγαίνουν επιπλέον χρεώσεις τις οποίες δε γνώριζες. (Είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει για το κατοικίδιο μας 50€/διανυκτέρευση και μας χρέωσαν άλλα 15€/διανυκτέρευση για μπολ που δε ζητήσαμε). Τέλος, ακριβό πρωινό χωρίς ιδιαίτερο λόγο.

Very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel.
The room was very comfortable, location excellent especially when the tube is running which it wasn't. Breakfast was very good but slow to materialise. the snug bar is beautiful.

The hotel’s location is excellent — it is about a 5-minute walk from Green Park station, which is also very close to Buckingham Palace, and it is conveniently located near the main shopping streets, Oxford Street and Regent Street. The room is not very large, but it has enough space for two people. The bed is very comfortable, and the room includes a minibar, hair dryer, safe, umbrella, and a small table. The bathroom is also not very large, but it is perfectly sufficient for two people. Housekeeping is done every day, and the towels are also changed daily. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, from the service to the food.
