The hotel’s location is excellent — it is about a 5-minute walk from Green Park station, which is also very close to Buckingham Palace, and it is conveniently located near the main shopping streets, Oxford Street and Regent Street. The room is not very large, but it has enough space for two people. The bed is very comfortable, and the room includes a minibar, hair dryer, safe, umbrella, and a small table. The bathroom is also not very large, but it is perfectly sufficient for two people. Housekeeping is done every day, and the towels are also changed daily. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, from the service to the food.

All of it, it's incredible. Everything was perfect. Incredible staff, amazing food, location and decor.
Great hotel in great location very easy to walk around the area and close to many attractions - staff very pleasant and room was lovely.
On booking it stated breakfast was included - but this only applied to the continental breakfast so be prepared to pay for your bacon and eggs :)
We were upgraded to an apartment room. It was a wonderful surprise.

in common with a number of London hotels, the underground could be heard from our room, so very light sleepers could be affected. Not a criticism, just a reality
