Pros:

Хорошее расположение, от порта 15 минут пешком по прямой дороге , легко было дойти с чемоданами.
Чистая постель, хороший завтрак. Персонал отличный, разрешили выехать позже, спасибо.

Cons:

Полотенца застиранные и рваные. Заказали кофе на завтраке вкус был странный у капучино.

It was a real pleasure staying at Demir! Highly recommended.
Pros:

The location is very good; it’s central to town as well as the kordon (seaside promenade). The rooms are spotless, the furnishings are well designed for travellers and in excellent condition.

Dirty and not client oriented, but good location

The property is good located next to the beginning of the harbor close to city center

Cons:

We checked in at 3 pm, entered the room and it was absolutely dirty and not cleaned before previous stay. Right after us the cleaner rushed to the room with the words “don’t worry, I’ll clean it now”, we explained the situation to reception and asked for another more prepared room, but received nothing and not in a polite manner, like: “what can I do if there’s only one cleaner for the hotel and she was not able to clean your room”. Absolutely not client oriented approach.
Moreover, even after cleaning the room was dirty, the windows are dirty. The neighbor smoked on the terrace and we used to.smell it even through closed windows. This was very bad experience.

Sehr zentral und ein sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Super tolle Lage, das Personal sehr nett und die Promenade ist nur einige Minuten entfernt. Das ist mein zweiter Fethiye Besuch und auch allein wegen dem Hotel! Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und man kann dabei auch draußen sitzen.

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Ich bin jetzt zum zweiten Mal in Fethiye, allein wegen dieses Hotels. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, um schöne Sachen zu unternehmen. Alles ist sehr zentral: Es gibt viele Essensmöglichkeiten und die Promenade ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war toll und man kann gemütlich draußen sitzen. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Für uns gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
