The daily breakfast, pool, hockey room made the ideal set up for our group of youth hockey players.
The hotel was close to everything imaginable. The Mall nearby is a rarity to see these days with foot traffic, restaurants, and kid activities. Quick food options and target are a stones throw away.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff was welcoming & cookies were too good!
The closet was small for our family of 4, and a little awkward with the dual barn style door for the bathroom.
Not many drawers for clothing either. We made it work… and I wouldn’t let it deter me from staying here again.
A little bit too processed there was an old lady helping in the breakfast eating area. That was awesome.
There were two other ladies standing at the check-in counter doing nothing for the entire 40 minutes we were down there while the old lady worked her butt off to make sure everybody was taken care of

The price
Location is great right near the 90. The hotel has a great feeling to open areas to the guest rooms. The staff that was on Christmas Eve and Day were very pleasant, courtesy, and helpful. Overall the Inn seem very clean and neat.

It was clean, close to a lot of attractions, and the staff were very friendly.
Bed was a little uncomfortable but was good for the night!
Clean, Comfortable Stay but Noisy Mornings
I recently stayed at the Hampton and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a long weekend stay. I appreciated the hot breakfast each morning—it was fresh and well-stocked—and the workout area was impressive, especially having a Peloton available for guests.
However, I wasn’t a fan of the room layout. The bathroom door opened directly in front of one of the beds rather than being tucked away, which made it feel less private when sharing the room.
My biggest issue was the noise in the mornings. Our room was directly across from the cleaners’ area, and every day between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. we were woken up by loud talking and activity in the hallway. On the last morning, housekeeping even knocked at 8:30 asking when we’d be checking out, which felt rushed and forced me to get out of bed to answer.
If you’re an early riser, this might not bother you, but for anyone hoping to sleep in a bit, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the cleaning station.

On account of the manager (Keyahnah), this review is going to be the opposite of what I was originally going to write.
We ended up in an accessible room, which we didn’t know meant that the shower was curbless. After showering, our room was flooded with water not just in the bathroom, but in the hall as well. We asked for another room and after coming up personally to assess the nature of the situation, Manager Keyahnah moved us to another room, though she warned us that it might not have a microwave. She must have seen the look of disappointment on my face because she offered a solution and I was blown away. Nothing beats customer excellence like carrying a microwave to another suite in order to ensure customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable; not every client representative would be willing to do that, manager or not. We were overly impressed by Keyahnah’s commitment to customer excellence.
The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. We have stayed here before and though the breakfast was passable the last time that we stayed here, it was not extraordinary. This time around, they had all the usual items but in addition, there were hash browns that were not just tasty but also not oily, which is a rare find.
Jarrett, who is a GM, was also very kind. He advised us on the happenings of the area and as a result, we decided to attend a couple of festivals in the surrounding area. We enjoyed ourselves so much so that we decided to stay anoth
Location was close to many restaurants and shopping venues. Close to highway for travel. About 20-30 min drive to highmark stadium. Staff was kind and when we arrived earlier than 3pm got our room cleaned and ready. The lady behind the desk actually did it herself because staffing was low or behind.
Breakfast was not good. Hampton inn usually does better. No variety, food presented wasn’t cooked properly. Oatmeal was soupy, eggs very runny. No fruit or bagels. No variety on the sweetness for coffee. Again Hampton usually does better.
Clean room, convenient location
Shuttle driver was rude and I did not use the shuttle. I parked to check in and the front entrance was crowded with Uber drivers. I parked in front of the shuttle van with plenty of room and while I was checking in he continued to blow the horn at my wife in the passenger side of the car with no key. He backed up about 5 feet and drove around and parked next to my wife and stared at her then drove away. I would not consider that excellent customer service.
