Acceptable for last minute choice
Pros:

Location was fine, bed was very comfortable. looking.

Cons:

Could not find towels or cleaning wipes in the gym. Green ball was dirty enough i did not want to touch it. Bath in 212 needs shower cualking and pink mold cleaning at door base. Lock on bath door did not work, TV had blue tint. Lobby chairs at tables were worn and dirty

Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was clean. There was a nice patio to sit and enjoy some sunshine and read a little. The breakfast was ok. They offered limited options for gluten free guests. The coffee was good.

Cons:

It's probably my fault but I didn't realize there was no coffee maker or microwave. The room was smaller than we are used to, but we were ok with it.

Pros:

It was modern and clean.

Cons:

Shower needed cracks filled. The bathroom shelf was in a better location in the other location where we stayed. TV tripped a circuit. Luckily the front desk person fixed it immediately after we called her.

Cons:

I reached out to the manager but never heard anything back. It was horrible—the lights in my room weren’t working, and the shower only had cold water, no hot water. The next morning, within an hour, three staff members tried to open my door while I was taking a shower. It was absolutely horrible.

I highly recommend this hotel. Clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Very clean. Easy location. The young man that checked me in was superb with excellent customer service manners.

Cons:

As it was my fault for not requesting a repair but the shade wouldn’t go all the way down so I had lights shining in my eyes all night.

Perfectly fine for a night on the road

Option to connect my device to the television, though the promised cable on the TV was missing.

Cons:

Hilton keeps promising to give a digital key so I can just go straight to my room without waiting for the front desk. But _every_ time just before arriving the app says, "You can't have one; go to the desk." Then the front desk asks my name and gives me a key: no other question, no ID, no credit card. If you didn't need anything else, just give me the key. Otherwise stop promising it and taking it away.

Satisfactory, but a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Seemed like the furniture and the entire construction was a bit lower quality. I usually stay at Hampton Inns, and this property was a step down from that.
