The breakfast was good but could have been better
More variety. I like when you had hard boiled eggs in the past

On July 6, my family and I stayed at this location. We booked through Booking.com based largely on the hotel's excellent cleanliness reviews. Unfortunately,that was not the case. assigned room 323, we found a significant amount of dog hair on both comforters, and while inspecting the bed, a black spider crawled across it. We immediately contacted the front desk and were moved to another room, which I appreciated, but our two young daughters were frightened and had difficulty sleeping afterward thinking there were bugs in the beds.
While I understand the hotel is pet-friendly, dirty bedding and a musty-smelling room are unacceptable, especially for the $172 we paid for one night.The following morning, the front desk agent said he would contact Booking.com regarding a refund, nothing was done.

Location, cleanliness.
Our refrigerator did not work. We had no body wash in the bathroom. And only enough towels for 3, we had 4 people. We did get more towels at the front desk. We have stayed there before and it was great. That's why this time was so disappointing.
The hotel was relatively clean.
Although clean the beds sank to one side. The pillows were too soft with little to now support.

Only suggestion is maybe upgrade the breakfast
Breakfast is your normal hotel breakfast. They staff were very attentive to make sure stations were refilled and clean.
There is nothing you can do about the view. The view was of the parking lot.
