Staff were ALL exceptionally kind and eager to accommodate, room was well appointed, outstanding in cleanliness and beyond comfortable. Honestly, it's the best hotel experience I've had in ages.

Our stay was easy and comfortable
Pros:

The woman who worked the front desk Sunday morning was amazing! She ran the desk and kept breakfast running smoothly when the breakfast person was not there! She was very sweet and apologetic!

Cons:

The room was only given 3 towels for 4 guests

Would stay again, would like mgt to be more responsive.
Pros:

Good location. Predictable, clean property

Cons:

Bath tub didn’t have a plug! I love baths, so this was very sad. When mentioned to staff, they were not able to address. 😢

The room was decent.
Pros:
The bed was nice, the room was good sized, the staff was very friendly (though some can speak no English)
Cons:
The shower can only be turned on while standing under the shower head, the hot water provided for tea tasted of coffee, the "Free" wifi is completely not useable (my cell phone was literally 100 times faster when I looked at a speed test). The price is a little high for what you get

You had many hockey boys and the were noisy until 11pm and the messed up the breakfast stations and you ran out of several items

Third Stay There!
Pros:

No problems with safety and cleanliness. The key cards didn’t work at first. The hair dryer didn’t work - found that out when I got out of the shower. Also the phone did not work correctly. The room was clean. The hotel is in a convenient place close to good restaurants and places we needed to go.
