Pros:

Это - санаторий! А значит есть врач (с хорошим чувством юмора) и вам пропишут процедуры на каждый день.
Рядом водопад, красивые виды из спа.
Если вы решили подлечиться и поправиться(кормят очень вкусно), то очень рекомендую.

Cons:

Если вы остановитесь надолго, то рассчитывайте на времяпрепровождения в основном в отеле, поскольку в самом городе - небольшая разруха и обойти всё можно за 1-2 дня.

Отличный отель, обязательно вернемся еще раз

Отличный отель, были очень приятно удивлены , безупречный сервис: внимательный и деликатный персонал, окружил вниманием и заботой во всех вопросах и просьбах ( отдыхали с маленьким ребёнком, кроватка была предоставлена и тд) . В отеле безупречная чистота и порядок, ухоженная территория. Ресторан-отдельное удовольствие, все очень вкусно, качественно и красиво подано.порадовал теплый бассейн и отличная SPA зона. В медицинском центре, предоставляется много бесплатных процедур, хочется отметить медицинскую медсестру физио кабинета( к сожалению забыла имя, кажется зовут-Лилит), и медсестру на подводного массажа- Эрмине. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!!! Очень было приятно отдохнуть в вашем отеле!

Великолепный отель, прекрасная еда. Замечательный массаж, отдельное спасибо Айку. Бассейн, процедуры, отношение персонала, все на высоком уровне.

Cons:

хотелось бы, чтобы информация о процедурах, входящих в стоимость проживания, была более разрекламирована и акцентирована. Нет нормального кофе, но я так понимаю. что это сознательная политика отеля, направленная на оздоровление клиентов.

Очень понравился формат - это сочетание санаторного лечения с отличным сервисом 5 звезд. Лечение разнообразное- минеральные и углекислые ванны, ручной и подводный массаж, ингаляции, кислородные коктейли и конечно бювет с минеральной водой.
Сервис отличный, персонал очень доброжелательный и готов сделать все для вашего хорошего отдыха.
Отличное питание - шведский стол.
Очень понравился бассейн с видом на горы , сауна, джакузи .

Прекрасный отель: номера, уборка, еда!!!, персонал -лучшие!!!расположение от бювета и парка дальше чем у других отелей, но вид захватывающий на ущелье и тишина, что способствует настоящему отдыху! Лечение превзошло наши ожидания: достаточно процедур входит в стоимость проживания ! Это первый опыт в Джермуке , но думаю мы в следующий раз приедем снова в этот отель!
