Perfect stay as always. Happy to come back there and it feels like at home.
Pros:

I think it is one of the best hotels in Jermuk. Perfect view, large swimming pool, tasty and large variety of food, very friendly personnel. We are there on a regular basis and tried several hotels in the area and coming back to this one.

Cons:

I think they are making it better already with an outside pool installation. I only wished there were sun umbrellas outside by the swimming pool.

Обязательно приедем еще чудесную страну, к замечательным людям!
Pros:

Отдыхали третий раз. Все, как обычно - на высоте. Все улыбчивые, предупредительные. Оперативно работают официанты. Приятно, когда желают приятного аппетита. Умнички. Не отнять - весь персонал на высоте в общении.
Ждем новый бассейн на улице и ресторан на 6м. Скучновато-то вечерами. Спасал бассейн и бар. Чудесный кофе, фруктовый чай у Мелины в баре.

Cons:

Нововведения в обеденном зале не очень уместны. Например, посуду перенесли вниз столов. Наклонятся пожилым людям и с проблемными суставами, проблематично. Помимо этого дети маленькие бегают по залу, думаю пыль оседает именно там, внизу, на посуде.
Еще просьба, убрать посуду со сколами, для отеля в 5*, в ресторане - это не комильфо.

Beautiful location and room, but service and outdated facilities need improvement.
Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel, and there were several things we really enjoyed. The location is beautiful, with a lovely backyard, and we were lucky to get an amazing room with a beautiful view. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also very nice and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Overall, the beautiful location, wonderful room and view, comfortable facilities, and good breakfast were definite positives. With more attentive service, modernization of the hotel and spa areas, and improvements to the dinner options, the hotel could offer a much better and more memorable experience.

Cons:

There are several areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, the concierge service upon our arrival was not very good, and we did not feel particularly welcomed or well taken care of. Not all of the staff were as helpful as we expected, which affected the overall experience.

The hotel and especially the spa area also feel quite outdated and would benefit from modernization. The spa, in particular, could have a much more relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. At the moment, some parts of it reminded us more of an old Soviet-era hospital than a modern spa. With warmer design, better atmosphere, and some renovation, the experience could be significantly improved.

We also tried dinner at the hotel once, but unfortunately, we were not impressed with the food. The vermicelli soup was more like porridge, and the fried vermicelli was not very good either. There were also not many appealing dinner options. Breakfast, on the other hand, was very good.

Another disappointment was that my wife celebrated her birthday during our stay, but the hotel did not acknowledge it at all. We did not expect anything special, but even a simple birthday greeting or small gesture would have been appreciated and would have made us feel more welcomed and valued.

Этот отель превзошёл наши ожидания! Неимоверный релакс в красивейшем месте с чистейшим воздухом, оздоравливающей водичкой и с "пальчики оближешь" какой кухней!!! Если вы сомневаетесь, то отбрасывайте все опасения, собирайте рюкзаки и отправляйтесь в Jermuk hotel and spa!

Прекрасная возможность отдохнуть в комфортных условиях. Супер мед. центр с квалифицированным персоналом. Замечательные сотрудницы - Србуи, Эрмине, Мелине, Нарине, Сусанна, Гоар, Лилит, Седа, Тамара! Бассейн на краю ущелья с захватывающим видом плюс джакузи. Безупречная организация питания. Официант Виген - супер профессионал. Доброжелательность и гостеприимность армянского народа - от сотрудников отеля до таких же как мы отдыхающих. Спасибо! Красоту природы и окрестностей словами не описать, это надо видеть!
