had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jermuk Hotel and SPA! Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal — peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated to enjoy the natural charm of Jermuk.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes, all fresh and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a real pleasure.

The service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment and were always ready to help with a smile.

The spa facilities were clean, relaxing, and well-maintained — the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Overall, I loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service. I will definitely come back again!

Все очень хорошо, но есть куда расти

Персонал очень вежливый и очень помогают.

Cons:

Перед нашим приездом выпало много снега и очень было странно что отель не чистит территорию совсем. Даже перед отелем. Почистили только ступеньку перед входом и все. Каждый раз, что бы дойти до чистой дороги приходилось идти по льду и лужам, было очень скользко и не безопасно. Еда вкусная и свежая, но однообразная. На 4 день уже ничего не хочется кушать. И совсем нет никаких мероприятий для отдыхающих.

Pros:

понравилось все , первое это чистота , каждый день уборка , каждый день дополняют все что ты использовал , кухня это прям отдельно , разнообразие такое что любой человек найдет себе все то что он любит , вареное жареное печеное . персонал это топ ,вежливые внимательные, очень много можно сказать про этот отель , если коротко то то если ты семьей , или просто парой , или друзьями то вам обязательно сюда!!
