Понравились санаторные процедуры, а также вкусное и разнообразное питание с возможностью самостоятельно выбирать блюда.

Cons:

Мы приехали после очень долгой дороги, почти сутки без сна, с детьми, и вежливо поинтересовались, будет ли возможность заселиться немного раньше, если номер освободится. Однако заселение произошло строго в установленное время, несмотря на то, что подготовка номера, по всей видимости, заняла около двух часов после выезда предыдущих гостей. При этом ковровое покрытие в номере оказалось влажным. Также при заезде нам не объяснили особенности и правила санаторной системы работы отеля.

Very good place for teh money!
Pros:

Food was not thta good - it was abundant but not great quality - I would qualify it as "massive buffet style" - and the coffee was poor

Cons:

View from teh rooom was outstanding!

Great retreat
Pros:

Great place to chill and relax. Some of the treatment options are included in the price, other like massage are paid extra but at reasonable price.
Good food and nice staff.
Very clean. Beautiful location.

A super relaxed stay - all needs taken care of :)
Pros:

Great location and spa concept. Comfortable spacious rooms with stunning views from private balcony. Tasty & plentiful food. Stunning pool with dramatic views of the gorge. Very good sauna. Beautiful terraces to relax on. Spa treatments and helpful spa staff.
Very child friendly - including a scenic jungle gym + kids room / daycare.

Cons:

Baffling that the gym only opens at 10am. Would be great to be able to work out before breakfast.
And only instant coffee available - if you want a real coffee need to wait for bar to open mid morning.

Pros:

Все! Очень понравилось. Были всего пару ночей, теперь хотим приехать на подольше;) вкусная еда, шикарный вид, процедуры даже можно делать. Бассейн и тренажерный зал. Все понравилось 😊

perfect stay in a beautiful place with delicious food and very good service.
Pros:

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality food. The location was perfect, situated right above the cave and providing beautiful views from several terraces. The property is peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to the town center—just a 10-minute walk to the Water Gallery. We will definitely return for another restful and relaxing vacation

Лестница останется в памяти надолго
Pros:

Отель построен из дорогих строительных материалов профессиональными строителями из Армении, персонал очень вышколенный и следовательно отзывчивый , мед услуги - не удалось оценить в полном объеме по причине короткого проживания, питание трех разовое и разнообразное , много гостей из разных стран , номера все с балконами и очень тихо -отель расположен на окраине курорта

Cons:

Хочется обратиться к служащим отеля, чтобы они предупреждали туристов о том, что если они хотят посетить водопад, спускаясь по лестнице рядом с отелем , то это удовольствие не из приятных и даже экстремальное. Вам придется спускаться вниз по лестнице с одними перилами с высоты 15этажного дома , вокруг пропасть , далее вы попадаете на дорогу , ведущую к водопаду- назад либо подниматься опять по этой лестнице или в обход километра 3-5 и то если не заблудитесь
