just ok...most likely not coming back

the new food court was outstanding

Cons:

most of the time only 1 elevator..the swimming pool was NOT heated...had to call to get room refreshed and then they didn't show up at time THEY picked, showed up 8 hours later which was too late

Cons:

No amenities when we got in our room had to call for them Towels just thrown on the counter. Ac fan didn’t work. Employee (housekeeping) knocked on out door at 830 am and woke us up

Value with less $100. Will not repeat

Property had easy access , Valet was exceptional.
Food choices good.

Room. Toilet was too low to the floor. I’m only 5’8’

Water in bowl is too high, not a good combination. Room 1210.
No hot water and shower temp never got even
Warm.
Was only a 2” screw!

Pros:

The room needs to be remodeled and the room had mold and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping infront of mirror on the wall and faucet wasn’t draining properly …. Got itchy skin after using room and water… carpet dirty
