В отеле просто шикарно! Очень удобное расположение. Сам отель — историческое здание с высокими потолками, красивой парадной, уютной столовой и комфортными номерами.

Мы бронировали семейный номер — он оказался очень просторным и удобным: два дивана и одна большая кровать. В номере есть небольшой холодильник, чайник и удобная ванная комната — всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания.

Отдельно хочется отметить Аннушку, сотрудницу столовой. Она встретила нас с распростёртыми объятиями — очень добрая, тёплая и отзывчивая женщина. В столовой всё было вкусно, аккуратно и красиво оформлено.

На ресепшен спасибо Степану — он тепло нас принял и помог с чемоданами, а также Луке за внимательное и дружелюбное отношение.

Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель для всех! 🌟

Отель был очень чистым и уютным. Персонал был вежливым и внимательным огромное спасибо Хачатуру, он во всём помогал нам и всегда был готов откликнуться. Отель находится в самом центре города, поэтому до всех основных мест можно легко добраться пешком. Проживание оставило только самые приятные впечатления, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

Mutlu, keyifli bir konaklamaydı.
Pros:

En önemlisi, Noel pazarı hemen karşısında kuruluyor. Otel, sessiz ve konum müthiş, cadde üzerinde. Oda geniş ve sıcacıktı, ısınma problemi yaşamadık. Valizlerimizi taşımamıza yardım edildi. Çok şirin, otantik, güzel butik bir otel. Bir gece kaldık, bir kaç hafta öncesinde başka bir otele rezervasyon yaptırmıştık, iptal edebiliyor olsaydık, iptal edecektik. Tatilimiz boyunca bütün konaklamalarımızı bella casa otelde geçirmek isterdik. Genel olarak oteli, herkese tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar Tiflisi gelsem Bella Casa Otelde kalırım.
