Wait for their renovation!
Pros:

The employees were absolutely fantastic! That is important to share.

The hotel needs a renovation very badly and we learned that is the plan. Unfortunately we were there before that happened and didn't know to ask about the condition of the hotel.

We had two suites. My daughter, her husband, and my two grandchildren were visiting from out of the country so I wanted them to have a clean, fun, comfortable, luxury style experience. And we were visiting family in the area as well who were invited to the hotel.

The carpets made the rooms smell like stale smoke. In one room, the sofa cushions were upside down and leaned against the back. The one tiny hook in the bathroom came out of the wall immediately upon putting a towel on it. There were only one hook in each bathroom to start with. Both phones were not connected so when we tried to communiate between rooms we were unable to. Although we had full kitchens, we had NO pans, towels, plates, anything. All the cupboards and drawers were empty. We found out we could check out stuff if we wanted but that wasn't made clear anywhere. There were other oddities and inconveniences.

Because we wanted a spacious, clean place to enjoy with family I have to say this was not it. It didn't feel clean, the carpets were old, the air was stagnant and stale smoke smelly. We didn't like the time we had in our rooms and I was embarassed by it.

We did enjoy the pools. It was awesome to have the 1'3" pool along with the other two pools. That was fun. The breakfast was pretty good too. It included fresh fruit, greek yogurt, hot protein options both days, and milk.

And again, the staff were amazing.

So as long as we didn't spend much time in the expensive SUITES I paid for, it was okay. I did receive a small discount on the rooms but still paid a lot more than I would have at another location that also had a pool but didn't have the suites.

Spacious room, close to a number of restaurants
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. The staff did a great job managing the boys' baseball teams that were there. The pool area looked nice but we did not go in.

Good place to stay!
Pros:

Pros:

Location, easy access to everything. Quiet rooms. Friendly Staff. Very accommodating - early check in, grouped our rooms together and extra blankets. Clean room, and pool/spa area. Lobby and grounds well maintained and clean. Above average breakfast choices. Reasonable pricing. I will choose this hotel again and I recommend it. I know this review sounds a bit overboard, but it truly was a great stay.
