A fairly good budget choice in the centre of East Kilbride
Pros:

This is a fairly good budget choice in the centre of East Kilbride. The rooms were spacious Premier-Inn type if a little tired (although they were clean throughout). It was certainly cheap for what I got. The hotel is built into a shopping centre, so it doesn't have an obvious front door and I drove around it for a while trying to find a way in. If you're coming by car, then you look out for Car Park 2 and then go up to the top floor of the car park. The reception of the hotel is on the 12th floor, whereas the rooms are on the 8-10th. I wasn't sure how to find the way into the hotel if you're on foot. I went looking for somewhere to eat but everything in the shopping centre was closed and I wondered whether it would be locked before I came back. Apart from a Wetherspoons pub, there is little in the vicinity after 5 pm.

Decent Stay at reasonable Prices
Pros:

The Hotel is amazingly clean & maintained. The staff was super cooperative.

Cons:

Only issue was the entry of the hotel is a bit confusing as the reception is on 12th floor, and the same building has a shopping complex whose entry make a tourist confused to reach the hotel & reception.

Good but awkward to get I
Pros:

Well maintained and clean rooms

Cons:

Access- up a car park for 3 floors- through an unmanned door. Down an empty shared corridor. Up a lift to the 12th floor then back down to the rooms that are in one side of the building, rest of building looks like it may be offices?

Not for people with mobility issues wanting an accessible room
Pros:

The location was fine. If you took the lift to the ground floor you were in East Kilbride shopping centre.

Cons:

The accessible room wasn't very accessible. You had a really long walk through the corridors to get to the room. I phoned reception and they said they're accessible rooms are at the back of the hotel so no where near the lifts.
Didn't think much of the breakfast. We stayed 2 nights but only went for breakfast on the first morning and ate elsewhere the 2nd morning.
Our wet room was flooded everytime we used the shower or toilet. I reported this to reception.

I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. I probably wouldn't stay here again. Just because of the wall to our room. The hotel and room was nice and very clean.

Our stay was brilliant - warm welcome and staff were friendly everyday.
Pros:

The staff couldn't have been any warmer - nothing was a bother when we need help especially on the last day when the safe wouldn't open - the staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable. My request for gluten free food was met each time which was exemplary.

Cons:

We had trouble in finding the right entrance road to get into the car park but found it eventually. Better signing would help.

It was well priced and comfortable - perfect for our short stay. Will stay again if needed.
Pros:

It was well located. Rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were comfy.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly!

Cons:

There was only 1 pillow choice, which I found to be a bit uncomfortable. My suggestion would be 2 pillow options, 1 x hard and 1 x soft.
No condiments with the room service, so food was a bit dry/bland.
Coffee in the room was not very nice.
There was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, so one of the guests on our floor must have been smoking in their room.
