Good rooms; customer service could be improved
Pros:

Decent amd central accommodation used for visiting family in the area.
Easy check in and check out processes. good to have food available onsite, although we didnt use the restaurant.
Clean rooms.

Cons:

Staff at reception came across a little bit short when we arrived early and asked about availability of early check in - she just repeated multiple times "check in is at 3 oclock".

We had contacted via booking.com in advance to enquire about this, and were advised it would be an option depending on availability on the day, so we didnt think this was an unreasonable request.

We later learned that this was available for a £15 per hour fee (which we would have accepted if known to freshen up after our ~30 hours of travel time!)

A reasonably priced basic stay with a tasty breakfast
Pros:

It was convenient the room was basic but functional and comfortable and there was easy free secure parking. Breakfast was very tasty and the room was a good price
