Dripping noise all night from air con, thought it was raining in the room.
The entrance and sign posting is abysmal. Through a multi story carpark really!!!
And the wet room was exactly that, ran off everywhere exept going into the drain, as for a disabled room, thought this would have been a priority to get fixed but the staff are fully aware of the problem.
I know its cheap and cheerful but large investment required in yhe whole building to make people want to come back.

Excellent hotel and great value for money!
Pros:

Lovely room, comfortable bed, quiet. Not too hot which is important. A great find. Bargain at £47 for the night.

Cons:

You couldn’t use it to walk from to a local shop.

Very enjoyable stay and we will be back.
Pros:

The location was very good. The facilities excellent. The breakfasts superb. The room was a good size and the toilet/shower room exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The very unusual lift system was fine once yo got used to it.
