Comfortable overnight stay at a convenient distance from the M74.
Pros:

We found our way to the hotel easily from the M74 with the aid of the Sat Nav. Parking was straight forward and entry into the hotel likewise with good signposting. Staff at the reception on the 12th floor were friendly and courteous. The room on the 9th floor was spacious and well appointed and had excellent air conditioning.

Cons:

We were concerned about the lack of staff around the entrance, especially as we arrived in the evening. There were areas where anything could have happened with no witnesses present. Likewise, taking the lift to the 12th floor was slightly unnerving for the same reason. The building is enormous so staff at ground level would have been helpful.

Hotel was very convenient for where we needed to be at World Inclusive Para Skating Championships
Pros:

The lady on reception was wonderful so helpful and friendly. She always asked if we were OK needed anything was genuinely interested in granddaughters competition at the ice rink. And gave excellent advice on the best shopping centre for us.

Cons:

The only twin room we could get was an accessible room. The room could have done with a mini fridge especially in this heat for medication etc.
The bathroom doesn't have a full size sink for washing teeth etc or a counter for products. There are no hooks to hang clothes or towels on when showering.
It was impossible to fill the kettle from the mini hand washing sink next to the toilet, ended up using bottled water.
Breakfast orange juice so watered down it tasted like squash.
