Hotel precisa de reformas urgente
Pros:

A agua do banheiro nao esquentava, o quarto nao foi limpo em nenhum dos 3 dias da minha acomodacao, a cama que ddveria ser de casal eram 2 de solteiro que ficavam se separando, o revestimento do blindex estava soltando, o revestimentl do armario tambem estava soltando, o banheiro estava com cheiro de retorno. Foi uma experiencia péssima, não recomendo.

Razoável. O atendimento foi fraco. Prédio antigo necessitando de reforma. Bom estacionamento. Bom café da manhã. É uma opção para quem estiver apenas de passagem para outro destino.

HOTEL precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos! Os quartos são muito ruins e zero aconchegante. Nos colocaram em um quarto cujo a TV não funcionava, a luz central em cima da cama fraca, quarto escuro e muito ruim. Comentei com um funcionario qua eu nunca vi uma suíte ser pior do que a categoria inferior(quarto luxo). Recepção central do hotel é um FORNO, simplesmente não tem ar condicionado. Janaúba é um calor insuportável... Banheiro com infiltrações no teto, a parede com aspecto de mofada e suja. O menos pior do quarto é a cama. Não indico a propriedade.

Hospedagem deixou a desejar.
Pros:

O hotel possui uma estrutura completa, mas antiga. A piscina estava suja, o estacionamento sempre cheio em função do restaurante que é aberto ao público local, forçando manobras demoradas. O quarto tem estrutura antiga, mas camas confortáveis. Tive problemas com a porta do quarto, que foi necessária ser retirada para sairmos do quarto. O sistema de entrega de produtos no quarto deixa muito a desejar (solicitamos bebidas, que nunca chegaram). A iluminação do quarto também é muito ruim (lâmpadas muito fracas para o ambiente).
