Pros:

Clean, polite staff and service

Cons:

Food is overpriced and not up to the mark - location is far off and taxi service is not easily accessible
The toilet cover was broken and not fixed - at the price they are charging - such things are not expected

Not a very good or comfortable stay

Cons:

The location was not close to the city, there were no cab or car facilities, no uber available.
The toilet was broken and hotel didn't gave us another room. They fixed it but it broke again. The shower water came outside the bathroom till the beds while showering.

Disappointed hotel need to upgrade in all sections
Pros:

When we checked in the night, duty started charging extra, then took him 45 mins at 3.30 am to get us a room. Once we received the room, the toilet seat was broken and safe, and it was also broken and had to change room and floor. Then the room we were shifted to the toilet seat was again broken.
Whenever requesting item from housekeeping, they took at least 20-30mins before we received it. Iron was mot working to non.
Staff in restaurants have no clue how to serve and just look at your faces.
