Huge disappointment. Moderate cleanliness. Bad customer service and staff. Would not recommend

The only thing that makes sense about choosing this motel is the proximity to the airport.

Cons:

I like nothing about this motel. The room had no toiletries, no water fountain in the building (even inns have one). The bed was nothing near being comfortable. The pillows were like paper, and I felt like I'm sleeping on a piece of paper. The toilet does not look clean. Finally, the staff were not helpful and friendly. I had a bad experience about the call center. I first called them to cancel my reservation and they said I won't be charged since the cancellation window has not closed. Since, I did my reservation through Booking.com, they asked me to reach out to Booking.com team. Then, the other day, I messaged to the motel to have written confirmation about not them charging my in full. The response I get was the opposite of what they said. They said that I have to pay in full if I cancel it. My final saying is do not believe in what they say on the phone, this is not a trustworthy institution. I would never consider staying at Motel 6 in any other location in the U.S. Such a waste of money and experience

Pros:

Nice size room for one person. Housekeeping was great. Price was ok for room.

Cons:

Highway/road noise was too loud for sleeping well. Airport jets were also loud but quiet after midnight until 6AM.

Justo para descansar y reponer fuerzas.
Pros:

Es un hotel de precio accesible, cumple con todas la necesidades. Estábamos de paseo y solo necesitábamos donde descansar y el hotel se prestaba mucho para hacerlo: comodidad en las camas y una zona segura. A pesar de estar cerca de la autopista.

Good value airport hotel
Pros:

Good airport location, ideal for one night.

Cons:

We were woken at 4am by guests who had obviously just arrived staying in the neighbouring room.
Taking flight numbers and allocating rooms on this basis would be a great help.

Cons:

The room I was in smell like smoke really bad. And the shower flooded the hole restroom because there is no lip to hold water in the shower and curtain wouldn't stay open because it's curved downward and all slides to the middle
