La ubicación es comodísima. El personal de recepción, muy amable. Tenés cocina completa, lo que es práctico. Me tocó un Estudio muy lindo en el 4 piso, que parecía renovado recientemente. El wi-fi funciona perfecto.
La limpieza diaria a veces dejaba que desear. Hay partes / pisos en el edificio que están antiguas y algo deterioradas. Por ejemplo, los muebles de la terraza, no invitan mucho.
Espaço, funcionários e localização.
A viagem correu bem, atendimento impecável. No entanto, depois da viagem, deparo-me com uma situação chata em que o Hotel se recusa a enviar o recibo da estadia, no qual consta um valor de uma taxa que não é mencionada em lugar nenhum do site ou booking.
Fiz vários pedidos, sempre redirecionam a responsabilidade para a Booking, a Booking redireciona a responsabilidade para o Hotel e eu ando como se fosse um pombo-correio entre as duas entidades. Nunca fui a um Hotel em que se recusaram a emitir e enviar o recibo de pagamento, independentemente da plataforma em que foi pago ou marcado o quarto.
Encontro-me há perto de uma semana nesta situação e, até agora, sem resposta.
Sinceramente, uma situação escusada e facilmente resolvida sem eu ter de mendigar por um recibo e por esse motivo sou forçada a colocar uma pontuação tão baixa. Uma situação que mostra o mau caráter da gestora hoteleira e que me deixou desiludida.

Shower curtain too short--flooding in bathroom. Great bathtub, but no plug. However, the staff got me a plug, so BONUS.
The position is a brisk ten minute walk from Grand Central Station with all the advantages. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The room is very large and the kitchen is well-equipped and the room service excellent
Unfortunately if there is an adjoining door to the next room people' conversations and babies playing from there come directly into yours. Also the windows on to the main street are not sound proof .

Great location. Quiet yet walking distance to key areas. Rare to find a hotel apartment this size. Super king size bed and large living room. Full kitchen. Everything in spotless condition. I had to work during some days and my family took advantage of the rooftop that was a really nice bonus. I will stay here again.
It was very spacious and well equipped with a very convenient kitchenette with all you would need to get your meals there
We had a problem with the AC which was not fine tuned did not work properly and was noisy. But the manager eventually compensate us for that inconvenience and was going to make sure that it was properly repaired
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas
No breakfast. Brought back take out. Typically better than hotel breakfasts.
