Personnel très désagréable

Le personnel est vraiment vraiment désagréable, sur les trois personnes que nous avons vu à la réception, les trois nous ont parlé avec un ton qui en dit long , ils ne supportent plus les clients, ils devraient postuler ailleurs, leurs places n'est pas à la réception d'un hôtel, peut-être que ce personnel devrait avoir une petite formation, normalement en une journée on peut apprendre la politesse et accueillir une personne en étant agréable.
Bien évidemment, sur la description de la chambre que nous avons réservée il était décrit qu'elle était climatisée, mais pas du tout, et chose qui nous a vraiment déçu, c'est les lits pour les enfants, vraiment pas confortables, je pense que pour une chambre à plus de 300 euros, les enfants ont le droit d'avoir aussi un lit confortable.

Emplacement parfait. Tout proche de la place San Marco.

Cons:

Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre. Impossible de diminuer le chauffage , et tres désagréable odeur dégoût !!!
Obligé d'aérer, donc invasion de moustiques !!!
Mon fils a été piqué plus de 50 fois...

Στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της Βενετίας

Cons:

Είχε αρκετή φασαρία κάτω από τον δρόμο,στο δωμάτιο που μείναμε εμείς ήταν στον δεύτερο όροφο και έπρεπε να ανέβεις ένα κάρο μικρά σκαλιά με απότομη κλίση.Εμεις δεν είχαμε ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα αλλά κάποιον μπορεί να τον δυσκολέψει.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Hotel provide breakfast and clean bed

Cons:

Really hard to find room. I need to come out of hotel and find my room in a hard way. No clear notice. Breakfast only have cheese ham bread. Very simple! And room has many mosquitos!
