Staff good but building old needs maintenance not worth cost
Pros:

The staff very helpful and kind

Cons:

Toilet leaking use ice bucket 🪣 to catch water breakfast Cold not cooked well not much for diabetic patients WiFi was slower than normal the holiday inn Express right at UNCHeath hospital was so much nicer and breakfast had more options for all diets also cleaner I wanted to be closer to hospital but they where booked. I don't mind paying for hotel's but by far this was the first disappointing stay and I have been all over States and stayed at holiday inn Expresses this old hotel could make the grade but needs maintenance but staff made it more pleasant stay

I will definitely be back when I am visiting my daughter.
Pros:

Perfect location very clean and excellent breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ikell went above and beyond and was very polite and friendly.

Wonderful through and through.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever found in a hotel!
