la peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel

los cuartos sucios olian orrible hay muchas cucarachas me cambiaron a el #141 fui a la tienda y cuando regrese avia un raton en una de mis bolsas no me quede me fui y no me dieron el reembolso se junta mucho gente de la calle ahi esta de muerte el hotel

Nothing about this place was likable

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows we were flat, there was cockroaches, place had a smell, door didn’t lock properly, there was people that look they did drugs or alcohol. I felt unsafe. I guess you get what you payed.

The staff treated me like I was beneath them
Pros:

No pillows no lock on the door changed my room and same problem the lock was only half way install so it didn't work no towels and a huge whole in the wall in the restroom

The bed had roaches & in the bathroom was full of roaches so gross the guests look like they live there they all have dogs barking all night homeless people all over the place dog shit all over the side walk the guests above us so darn noisy thumping all night horrible experience .
