Very unpleasant experience!
Pros:

The hotel is right next door to a bar with live music until 1AM with virtually no sound insulation. We could not sleep even after the music stops as you could hear every noise outside. There is no on-site hotel staff as its a 4 room hotel, we were standing outside on the street after Uber dropped us off trying to figure out how to get in until someone who is staying in one of the unit came up, then followed by someone from hotel to let us in. What was even worse is that after we booked the hotel, we received an email that we have to wire transfer for the 50% deposit! We thought it might be some sort of a fraudulent activity so called Hotels.com to ask why the 50% wasn't charged to my credit card and concerned about the email requesting for wire transfer. Hotels.com tried calling but didn't get thru to the hotel. They gave us a number to call the hotel directly but we also didn't get thru anyone nor a voicemail. Since the reservation has no cancellation policy upon booking, we didn't if we had a room confirmed or if this is a fraud. We were prepared to book another hotel if we didn't have a room after arriving at the hotel. Also, there was ants all around the room. I literally saw an army of ants crawling out from a crack behind the bathroom door. After 3 nts of sleep deprivation, we decided to pay for a 2nd hotel to get better sleep. No, Casa Nayar would not refund. Oh, and the wifi was so bad that we were never able to even check the weather on our phones...

Pros:

Buen lugar al estar a cuadra y media de la calle principal, y ubicado en calle con barecitos y lugares para comer. Se escucha música hasta tarde, pero sin llegar a ser molesto. No había agua caliente en la regadera y no nos solucionaron este problema.
